Absolutely perfect experience! The owner, Mr. Dobre, was very understanding and kind, very precise, punctual and professional. The car (a new Citroen C3) in pristine condition, served us very well for 4 days on a long trip, confortable and very fuel efficient. I strongly recommned West Rent a Car, for business or leisure travel, you will not be disappointed.

We have tried most car rental companies in Romania, and WEST has provided by far the best experience.

The car was a pleasure to drive—nearly new. Pickup and return were both swift and straightforward. Prices are among the best on the market, but that is not even the best part: it is the personal touch that leads us to recommend this service above all others.

You need not pay anything in advance, which is exceptional. We particularly appreciated the option to pay cash upon pickup: it eliminated concerns about losing a prepayment (as with other companies) while providing flexibility to accommodate last-minute delays or cancellations.

Everything was transparent: once a price was agreed upon, it remained fixed. We recommend the full casco insurance, though that is a personal decision. The child car seat was provided free of charge, whereas most other companies charge an additional 5–10 euros per day.

Excellent value for money, warm and responsive communication (easy via WhatsApp for any questions)—a definitive 5-star experience. We will gladly use their services again at the next opportunity.

I highly recommend this rental company! Our car broke down on the day before a planned trip, so we needed to rent a car urgently. Most of the rental companies didn't have any available cars, but we managed to find one here. The owner was very friendly, communication went very well and we managed to sort out everything very quickly. The car we rented (a relatively new Dacia Logan, I don't remember the year) was in impeccable condition, perfectly clean, and we got it for a good price as well. When I dropped off the car at the end of our trip, the owner even offered to take me home from the airport, a gesture which exceeded all my expectations.

Absolutely new Hyundai i20 in beautiful colour and good equipment. Service was great, good price. Highly recommend this guys.

Great value. Car was what you would expect for such good prices but mechanically spot on.
Price with full insurance for 1 day was about 50% of what you would pay in the uk and having a nice shiny new car on this island really does not matter.
Roads are very easy to navigate too.
Will 100% use again when back on the island. Keep up the good work

the owner is a kind, loyal, competent person and speaks perfect Italian. The car had very few kilometers and never gave me any problems even though I had booked it for months, as well as having all the guarantees. If I were to return to Romania I would definitely contact West Rent a Car.
