This is a scam
If I could give zero or minus stars, that would be more appropriate. This is not a genuine company, and I've now reported them. I should have asked the man to leave as soon as I could tell he was scared of the wasps- that's not the sign of a professional wasp remover! He charged me 151 eur but made no real effort to locate the nest and instead sprayed something white- I doubt it was proper insecticide- onto the bushes... and the lawnmower. When I called afterwards to complain I was always told they'd call me back, then they stopped answering my calls. I see the website was created recently, they've given themselves their own star rating and I would assume made up the testimonies. Please use a firm with a known name.
