I shipped two vehicles in a 1 month with them
The second vehicle was delivered 2 miles away from the house and I called customer service , all the supervisor himself knows is “ trash talk” , he told me” the driver cannot trust my judgment to deliver my vehicle while the driver said she will drive my car to my house and require that i drive her back to her Truck or ( you are no human) ( I wasn’t home)
Nick is better than his supervisor in many ways , I am not dealing with that again
The first time I was told they would charge me through my Card upon delivery and the driver told me he takes cash I called to verify before giving the cash and the supervisor said that his employee did not tell me that “ because he trained them

The best place to get vehicles shipped
The best place to get vehicles shipped. Have used these guys for over a dozen vehicles with absolutely no issues. Nick is friendly, and has excellent communication. He is willing to commicate with auction houses to make sure the vehicles gets shipped quickly and properly. Plus the prices are cheaper then all the other brokers on UShip. Highly recommended if you need to ship a vehicle.

Avoid We Ship Cars. Unprofessional, unethical, caused us significant financial loss. They missed their advertised "1–3 day pickup window", picking up our luxury BMW after 6 days. After pickup, there was no GPS, website, or phone tracking of our car; driver number was disconnected. Delivery was delayed 5 days because an unrelated customer canceled; they chose to wait in Texas to fill the trailer to not lose $, but we missed our vacation, lost $1,200 in airline tickets. We when tried to negotiate some sort of discount, they threatened to leave our car in a random parking lot in Texas. Given our lack of trust in the safe delivery of our car, we did not find it prudent to have someone else receive it on our behalf (hence we canceled our vacation). UShip (broker) tried to assist us after the threat, but to no avail. Our car finally arrived 5 days after advertised delivery date. Our experience is consistent with many others; check Yelp and other review platforms (not their biased website).

That said, we would like to clarify several important points regarding the nature of auto transport and our role in the process.
WeShipCars operates as a licensed auto transport broker, meaning we arrange transportation with independent, third-party motor carriers. As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, we provide estimated pickup and delivery windows, not guaranteed dates. Specifically:
“WeShipCars shall provide the Customer with an estimated pick up and estimated delivery date. However, delays may occur prior to, and/or during transport due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etc. There are absolutely no guarantees regarding pick-up or delivery times and dates. WeShipCars / Motor Carrier(s) shall not be held responsible for loss or damages occasioned by delays of any kind or for any reason, car rental fees or any accommodation fees.”
This is not unique to WeShipCars - all auto transport management companies across the U.S. operate under the same framework. The logistics of vehicle transport involve many moving parts, and there are multiple factors that can cause schedules to change, including but not limited to:
Mechanical issues with trucks or trailers
- Traffic, weather, or road closures
- Other customers canceling shipments
- Other customers delaying pickup because their vehicle was not ready
- Carrier route optimization and load balancing
These factors are outside of our direct control. We do not control how a third-party carrier builds or adjusts their route, and we cannot mandate that a carrier travel with an empty spot on a trailer for any reason. No broker - whether in auto transport or general freight - has the authority to mandate exact pickup or delivery dates to a carrier.
Regarding communication, we regret that you felt unsupported during the process. While we do provide updates based on the information available to us from the carrier, real-time GPS or online tracking is not always available with every carrier in the industry. Delivery timelines can change rapidly as routes are adjusted, and we relay updates as soon as they are confirmed.
We also want to clarify that while the delay you experienced was extremely unfortunate, delays alone - regardless of cause - do not constitute grounds for a full refund under our Terms & Conditions, nor do they make us responsible for consequential losses such as airfare, accommodations, or missed travel plans. For this reason, we were unable to approve the refund request.
We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations, and we truly regret the impact it had on your personal plans. Customers are always encouraged to avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements that are dependent on estimated delivery dates, as these are never guaranteed in vehicle transport.

AVOID AT ALL COST WeShipCars
I can’t overstate how angry and frustrated I am with WeShipCars (also known as US Trans Shipping LLC).
I needed to ship my car from Florida to Texas on very short notice. After comparing quotes, I chose them based on great reviews. Big mistake.
Their rep, Geno, called me right after I submitted a quote. I told him I needed urgent pickup, and he promised a driver would arrive the next day between 2–3 PM. I accepted their quote—even though it was the highest—based on that promise.
The next day, no call, no driver. After I followed up, they pushed it to the next morning at 9 AM. Still no show. More calls, more delays. Finally, at 5 PM, the dealership called to say the driver had arrived—hours late.
They then promised delivery by Sunday evening or Monday morning and sent a tracking link. But the next day, the car hadn’t moved—it was still sitting 20 minutes from the pickup spot. When I called, they had no answers.
Turns out, the driver had quit and left the truck, trailer, and my car at some random repair shop—and the company had no idea. I had to cancel everything and thankfully got help from the dealership to retrieve the car.
To make things worse, the driver took both keys. I had to track him down myself. WeShipCars didn’t help with anything.
In the end, I had to fly to Florida and drive 18 hours back to Texas—completely ruining my weekend.
The worst part? They showed no responsibility, no apology, no effort to fix the mess they created.
Avoid WeShipCars at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible
