Have contacted the police and filed a dispute with my bank. This company is fraudulent and gives everyone the same response and takes no accountability. This company took $1000 from my bank account today through Etsy. Don’t tell me you’re not affiliated because you are. Your name came up on the bank statement. And since it is $1000, police said it is a felony. Have also counted the attorney General. This will NOT go un punished anymore. This company is garbage for doing this to so many people.

They Stole From Me I'm Not The Only One
These f*in a**hole*s stole 200.00 from me off of a popular selling site and refuse to give it back! It's all the money I had in my account and there is no way to get a hold of them, no way to find them. They claim to be safe way to transfer money, and also PREY on women on Poshmark and get them to give over sensitive information and then take them for everything. This has been exhausting and I'm tired.. they're lucky I don't have an address for them!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They scammed me through Etsy. They pretended to be Etsy support and contacted me saying it was a problem with verifying my bank account. After «verifying» my bank account got minus 500 Euro. However, I didn’t sign on anything telling me that 500 euros would be gone to this company. I send e-mail to Wert but doubt they will help me. The money is gone. This is going to be police reported!

Scam company
Scam company. Either they themselves are scammers or they have created the perfect method for scammers to take your money. Very coincidental how everyone seems to be getting scammed in very similar ways. Don't understand how Wert could not reverse the funds as payments are made directly to them and I don't understand why they aren't doing anything to prevent it. I would never use their services in general as I'm not involved with Crypto and my own money has been used through some complex scam via their company. They will reply the generic message they have sent to everyone else however that does not change anything in terms of the scammed money or in terms of their services.

Once a payment is completed, we immediately deliver crypto to the wallet address provided - and as you may know, crypto transfers are irreversible by design.
We do not have the ability to charge anyone without their full involvement in the payment process. If your card was used without your knowledge, it’s likely part of a broader scam involving a fake website or impersonation - and we strongly recommend contacting your bank to report the fraud and initiate a dispute.

Payment was cancelled from Wert for "... followed a payment link from a website that isn’t affiliated with us." So it looks like they have taken some steps to avoid unfamiliar sources. I got a satisfactory and professional respone from the support after.

Just to give a bit of context: we never work with scammers, and we take fraud seriously. In some cases, people are tricked into entering their card details on fake websites, and those details are then used to make purchases through our checkout.
Because the payments are verified by the bank with 3D Secure, everything looks normal on our side, and the crypto gets sent right away - which sadly means we’re not able to stop or reverse it afterward.
We’re actively working to improve how we detect and prevent this kind of abuse earlier.
