Bad experience.

Took my payment, was told I would receive an email with an ETA for my item, didn’t receive one. 1 week later I sent an enquiry on the website quoting my order reference to ask for an update, had no reply. Another week later still no reply and nor have I received my item.

We have tried several times to call you with no answer, as we were having issues with stock on the item ordered we had wanted to discuss your options with you. Due to the stock shortage, this has been sent directly from the manufacture to avoid any additional delays. you received an ETA 17/06/2020 at 12:21:38.

I highly recommend this shop

I highly recommend this shop . I needed 2 T shirts printed quickly and they did a great job .Yvonne was really helpful and very friendly .The t shirt was good quality too .Will definitely be going back for my next Take That T shirt 🙂

Efficient, Kind and Accommodating

The Print Colour team were incredibly kind, understanding, accommodating and efficient. They helped sort out the urgent printing of flyers with a very short and last minute turnaround, my team and I were very grateful. The service over the phone was brilliant, my emails were responded to efficiently and instructions to help make the order as smooth as possible were conveyed to me clearly. The flyers turned out lovely, I definitely recommend - especially if you need to collect the next day😅
