I have been wanting to make a new Will for some time & saw an advert for WEPC & decidex to make an enquiry. Initially I spoke to Daniell who was nothing short of delightful & very helpful. Thanks to him I proceeded.
Even though I had delay making payment twice Daniell continued to be understanding & patient. We agreed a time to have a call back to make my Will.
The whole experience was straightforward & I will be recommending WEPC to those who are interested.

The first part of the process of the Will was fairly straightforward. I am not just waiting for the documentation to arrive to finish that process.
I personally found it a little difficult trying to discuss a very important part of your life over a mobile phone, it term of listening and understanding a complex process through a small mobile phone speaker.

Having had a complete waste of time with another company i was a little bit nervous to have to go through this process again But what a difference with W E P C Wills Simon Jones was so professional and very knowledgeable he listened to what i wanted and explained everything my will and LPA sorted out in no time and at a very reasonable price i also got emails of the way i had done my will i can't thank him enough and i would highly recommend
