The food is literally always perfect. No complaints at all on that front. Service is usually prompt, generally friendly servers. Best pancake joint in town, no joke.

The ordering app went to the next…

The ordering app went to the next business day, when trying to call WePancakes about it, there was no answer (this went on for 3 days) and to find out that their location was closed, but didn’t notate they were closed. Worse experience and will not be attempting to eat at wepancakes again.

Sadly, I must say Goodbye to WePancakes

This used to be my absolute favorite breakfast restaurant when Caesar was the owner. I used to come in several times a week, mostly alone but also brought my kid or husband on weekends. I loved that they had such a huge variety of pancakes- I'd guess they have about 25 different kinds!
I loved the waitresses, and they became like family to me during a difficult time in my life and I honestly looked forward to going each day.The owner Caesar was always bringing me out new types of pancakes to try, and he would go back and make the pumpkin pancake batter for me when a new cook didn't make it right. I felt special and appreciated. Everyone knew my order, and the pumpkin pancakes used to taste like pumpkin pie. They were AMAZING- made with real pumpkin puree and I could never replicate the recipe.
The new owners, unfortunately, while nice- just don't put their heart and soul and pride into the place, as the old owner did.
They no longer make pumpkin pancakes, they sprinkle pumpkin spice on top of regular pancakes. They don't have any waitresses, (just the new owner's wife I'm assuming? And you can tell she hasn't waitressed before- the orders have come out wrong in some way each time we've visited, the food comes out in a ridiculously long amount of time, and no longer warm, also I've been up there about 4 times now, and noone comes back to check on us or refill drinks. Twice now we've found hair in our food. There's a sign on the door saying you can no longer order eggs unless scrambled. They are closed several times during regular business hours for no apparent reason.

All in all- I'm actually heart-broken. We Pancakes was much more than just a restaurant for me, and sadly, I won't be returning.

The website claimed that pick-ups were available, I checked around 9 PM and ordered it online whenever my work was done. When I came by it was closed and my money still hasn't come back. I know I should've called but, the schedule says the place is open until 2 AM. I did notice that the schedule doesn't follow the actual one. I love the food and enjoy it a lot. Its just unfortunate that the schedule isn't updated or consistent.
