RUN AWAY! SCAM

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. We paid for a parking service with shuttle transfer, but after our flight we had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour at the meeting point they gave us (“Exit 10”), with no update from them.

After 10 minutes, we called to ask where they were. The man on the phone was aggressive and spoke poor English. He said it was our responsibility to call them upon arrival, even though we had been told they would already be waiting for us. He then said he was leaving, so we waited another 20 minutes. When we called again, they claimed the police were at their office and they could not leave.

In the end, they never came to pick us up. They offered either an Uber or to drive our car to the airport (which we refused, since we paid for a shuttle service and did not want them driving our car). We had no choice but to take the Uber. The problem was that the Uber could only take two people, so my sick mother in a wheelchair had to stay alone at the airport with four suitcases while my sister and I went to collect the car. Ironically, they had charged us an extra €20 on departure because there was a third passenger. We then had to drive back to the airport ourselves to pick up our mother and the luggage.

No apology, no compensation, nothing. After insisting to speak with the manager and request a refund, I only got €20 back out of the €30 requested. Nowhere near enough for such a stressful and terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!
