Terrible communication. We asked the company if we could have a time window for delivery and they agreed. The dishwasher turned up 2 days late with no time slot. Only order from here if you have someone at home all day.
Item never received. After weeks of no response to emailed questions they only answered after I threatened to beginning a chargeback. The answer was they had no idea if they would ever be able to ship the item (which had been listed as In Stock).
7-day returns policy? That's got to be illegal right? I ordered a hob, but during the removal of the previous one, turns out the hob worked all along, it was just burnt out at the plug. I looked online how to start the returns process... and it says it's a 7-day return policy. I've never heard of that before. And I hope to never hear of that ever again.
