***** SCAM ALERT *****
STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
THEY DON'T HAVE ANY STOCK. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. NO PRODUCT TURNED UP, JUST EXCUSES. SAID WE WOULD BE REFUNDED. OBVIOUSLY NEVER HAPPENED. LUCKILY COVERED BY OUR CREDIT CARD AND GOT OUR MONEY BACK THAT WAY. THEY TOOK THE MONEY AS CASH. THEY DIDN'T SAY THAT OR WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
I pre payed my father to get a ps5 incase I didn’t have enough money at the time. He eoke me up one morning and said “I’ve got your ps5”. Guaranteed delivery by the tuesday. Tuesday came and nothing apart from e-mail saying there was a problem with the payment(which instantly went out of the account) then saying a refund has been made.(which never arrived and still waiting). And it is now April 19th. These people are complete scam artists. Do NOT fall for these no matter what they say. All the positive reviews must be fake.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money promise to deliver and when they fail to deliver they will suggest they will refund you. They do not refund and they are a scam website. The physical address they suggest does not exist.
I actually never purchased from this site but I was about to to then realise they dont accept PayPal which I found very weird and dodgy that they only take bank transfer when all big companies take pay pal even small businesses. I even asked them through online chat and they said no we o ly take bank transfers haha scam right there luckily I am not that stupid to just hand over my hard earned money to these scamming b**tards and after reading other people reviews it totally cleared up my thoughts exactly. *people please always pay through paypal* never pay through bank transfer EVER!!! This site needs to be shut down.
So I paid for a ps5 then received a email saying that the payment didn’t go through and could I send via the bank , it’s definitely a scam site so I cancelled my card to be sure and replied to there email saying no thanks , avoid
Rubbish scam don’t go there tried to purchase a ps5 said it had come through and took details only to say there was a problem with the payment and could only do BACS tried contacting them they replied with one message no others sent them three more no luck went back on the site after they said sold out and they had another 25 on sale rubbish big scam
Absolute scam... Took payment with guaranteed delivery date... Nothing ever arrived... Communication dried up around the same time the endless excuses did! Thank goodness for Visa protection. Stay away!!!
Took the money but couldn't provide a tracking number... Online chat would cut you off and disconnect... Asked for a refund but I am still waiting... Do not bother with this site... Absolute fraud... Not happy that this type of theft can happen in this modern time... At least Dick Turpin wore a fecking mask....
Beware. This company previously traded under console planet. Never seen so many bad reviews for a website. Same tricks as they are now playing, take the money and run. My question to myself is how does a small new company get PlayStation’s when the bigger retailers cant. Even looked at there so called address on google earth the unit does not exist with that company name. Scam scam scam. Always be wary if websites asking for a bank transfer for payment. Also when you get the option to pay by card it’s vis a wire transfer not a back or normal card payment. Thank goodness for fraud prevention on my credit card.
Terrible company, PS5 'pre order' told it was dispatched and money had been taken, advised we would receive tracking on day of delivery, didn't receive it so emailed company asking if it would definitely be delivered today. Waited a checked order following this email and money has now been refunded. When we emailed them they said refund was due to their payment provider marking it as high risk, ironic that the refund only happened after they were questioned about whether our order we be delivered today (as we were previously told), and they said they could attempt the payment again as stock has been reserved.....so clearly was no dispatched, we even had an online 'chat' with them on day the console was allegedly dispatched, and they confirmed that it had been dispatched and we would receive tracking number on day of delivery.
Their website has since been updated confirming they will have stock in 2 weeks!
Company was setup within the last month and I struggled to find any reviews.
I am writing this so that others understand that they seem too good to be true because they are, clearly did not have the stock but took the money anyway and lied about the order being dispatched.
Even the positive reviews actually on their website sound too generic.
