Conducts Illegal Activities

This company is a total scam. Beware and stay away. You will not believe what they’ve put my mom through. They’re full of tricks and deception as it relates to their 60-day return policy which they absolutely do everything possible to not honor. We have everything on record in emails and recorded phone calls and we will be contacting our state attorney general to expose them for their illegal activities.

If I could give a minus score I would

If I could give a minus score I would. I have been emailing their customer begging for my missing order since 21st October 25 and it’s nearly 2026. Copy paste:
Your order is complete
Your order #414479 (September 4, 2025) at Health Secret Store has been completed.
We’re just letting you know. No further action is required.
Should you have any questions about your order, please email us anytime. FedEx lost it but I sent the necessary FedEx docs to them for replacement and all I get is apologies and false promises. I’m furious and the best part of a $1000 out of pocket.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I placed an order for a $2500 light. After 4 weeks they sent me the free gifts but NOT the $2500 light. I kept calling and emailing finally someone answered the phone and told me the emails were AI generated. She asked me to allow 6 weeks for the light to arrive so I allowed 7 weeks still no light. I left them a message on the phone and thru email at 9am to call me back that day or I would file a dispute and no one responded. I filed a dispute with my creditor that evening and the next day I bought a light from RLT Home which arrived 4 business days later! After filing the dispute Well of Life called and I told them I have already filed the dispute and I no longer want to do business with them and even told them you can send FedEx to pickup your free stuff. I had several more people call and email from Well of Life and had to explain the whole thing over again and again. To this day we have never received the $2500 light but they are saying we received it. Why would I buy a $2500 light from RLT Home if I already received the light from Well of Life. These people are scammers! BEWARE of Johnathon Ottos Well Of Life!
My creditor is still fighting with them. Luckily I kept all the emails and phone calls to back up my story otherwise Well of Life would have our money and we would be screwed out of $2500...

SCAM on refunds

SCAM on refunds. They do not honor refunds as represented. The docuseries produced by this company are informative and interesting; however, I would not purchase products from them. They provide packages with a link to purchase the product. They represent if you are not satisfied, they will refund you. When purchasing, there is a statement "You have to take enough risks in life, this shouldn't be one of them. Try this out for 60 days and if you aren't happy just send me an email and I'll refund your entire purchase - no questions asked." They do not refund and require you to ship product back. In an email, the state that you can return product for a full refund. "This includes used, partially used and unopened bottles." Some supplements were tried. I returned everything. The company claims some product was missing and others damaged, so they will not refund me.
