Haven’t received my order

I never received my item or a response…
I never received my item or a response back from customer service via live chat or emails that I have sent. As soon as I gave them my name and email they ghosted me on live chat. I ordered these candles three weeks ago. Also there was no tracking number available to me either but the money was taken out of my account. I was told that the owner is on holiday in Taiwan by a mutual friend. I was not aware that no one was running the business in the meantime.

Best candle
I ordered a candle on the Wednesday night, it arrived on the Friday morning. It smells amazing, before even lit can smell it all over room. Also comes with paper embedded with seeds of wild flowers to use in the lovely pot the candle comes in once its finished. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful candle.
The most beautiful candle with the added extra touch of having the seeds to plant when the candle has gone. I have two of these and they are so wonderfully scented, perfect for helping with unwinding! The candle holder is very well made and will be used for many years to come.
