Jake has been an excellent and reassuring presence throughout the process of buying a house and getting a mortgage. He is exremely knowledgable, highly competent and gave us total confidence every step of the way. As first time buyers we had no idea what to do when applying for a mortgage but Jake made sure everything was super clear and easy to understand. This was especially good because my partner and I are both self-employed and mortgages can be a bit more complicated for people like us.
