I have contacted you on numerous occasions regarding my subscription asking for my subscription to be cancelled. I received a statement today from a credit card company which I closed in August showing that you took a payment of £48. Been a customer for over two years
I have been shopping at welleasy for over two years now.
After struggling to find organic options in my local shops, welleasy has meant I am easily able to eat organic everything.
This is so important to me, and without it, I’m not sure how I’d manage to source everything without feeling overwhelmed and stressed.
Not only are the prices better, it’s so easy to shop on, the customer service is wonderful, and there’s always free gifts and further discounts.
The selection is wonderful, it feels so exciting having access to such amazing brands.
I feel this is creating a special ripple effect, a platform where companies with the right ethics can find the clients that value their products - allowing them to thrive and do even more good in the world.
Unlike other supermarkets and online shops, I genuinely trust that this is a company that continually improves and strives to be better in every way. I love the genuine efforts to make healthier food more accessible and sustainable, and I honestly am so grateful to get to support a business like this that is striving to make changes far beyond just ‘easy food shopping’
I recommend it to everyone I know.

I find that WellEasy consistently offers the best price available, delivery is super quick and reliable and the choice of product offered seems to be growing / improving all the time. Good service. Good value. Good range of products
I have been signed up with Welleasy for over a year now. I have some products on Autoship, so a monthly regular delivery, and some things I do separate orders for. Great range of products, which I trust. I am super particular about the quality of the ingredients that I cook with, and they make my life so much easier. The fact that they offer a discount is a very nice bonus. Customer service is superb. And delivery is always super fast. I wholly recommend them. I also get to discover things I never knew existed! Win win.

Awful awful customer service
Awful awful customer service. First one order had items that were sent damaged. Poorly packed. Protein crackers packaging ripped and unhygienic to consume. Website is a nightmare to navigate to cancel subscriptions. Had cancelled an order as I would be away but it still was out for delivery. I told them I wouldn’t be in and they couldn’t do anything about it. I then sent someone to take the parcel in but Welleasy have instructed the delivery company to leave it unattended. I never gave permission or did I have the option to give a safe place. The delivery company leaves the item outside a front door on a main rd without alerting anyone in the building and by the time I send someone to take it in it’s gone. Their attitude towards resolving this is so poor. I have not received goods and they are not refunding. It’s their responsibility as they have given the courier the authority to leave something unattended in an unsafe place. They don’t get back to emails in a timely manner either. It’s been 3 weeks. Over two weeks since they reported it to the courier. They are scamming people because they make it so hard for you to cancel anything and then they lump a membership fee onto you for what? The service is an abomination!

This company is an absolute shambles
This company is an absolute shambles. I have paid my membership fee and have placed two orders which was fine. I have since tried to place another order and cannot place it. I emailed them and eventually got a reply back saying it is because they have noticed 2 different email addresses. I told them which one to use, and informed them I didn’t recognise the other one. Since then I have not heard back, still not able to place an order, this has been since last week. Absolutely disgusted with this company, wish I’d never paid for the membership a waste of money and absolutely no care for their customers. What or whomever they are using to reply back it is totally not acceptable. A extremely disgraceful company.

No response to emails
Updated: a day after this review I had an email from Welleasy to say they would honour the refund and cancel the subscription (that I hadnt asked for)
Its clear from similar reviews that other people are not clear that a subscription has been arranged. This needs to be made very clear.

To reassure you, we don’t ever take payment for a subscription unless it has been actively selected by the customer (either at checkout or in their account). In some cases, a free trial may have been started and then automatically moved onto a paid plan if it wasn’t cancelled before the trial ended — but we absolutely want to check your specific account to confirm exactly what happened here.

Is a con company, I realised other people got con the same way I did ,just because I ordered once only for some soy milk with them before they auto enroll me to subscription yearly member that I don’t even realised I did and now the credit card charge second year membership for it ,then I’ve only realised what is happening, is ridiculous how they got you signed up automatically once you purchased something without you even know.. what a tactic to get people money .
