I ordered my item 3-4months ago. They said it was delivered to London, Ontario. I live in Windsor Ontario, 200km away from London. They keep saying "call your post office", which I did. They couldn't help me. The company finally sent me a tracking number. I went on Canada Post website, put in the tracking number, all I got was " There is no parcel connected to this number". FRAUD!!! I will never order from this company again! I'd give it a lower star if I could. Save your money for a company more reputable.

I received the shirt a month after I paid for it. I finally received it a few days ago. Today I was going to wear it and they misspelled the name of Ozzy! I am highly disappointed I asked for a refund and they offered $3! I paid $28’ i’m going to report them to Better Business Bureau and if I can go farther, I will.

I never take the time to do this but I have already had to invest time fighting with the company so why not warn others. I, like many others below, ordered a national park shirt with proceeds going to our parks. This shirt was advertised as made in the US and shipped from the US. Once I finally got a shipping confirmation it showed as shipping from Italy. I contacted support and they sent me a new tracking with it coming from China. It took a month to get here and when it did I could see from the shipping labels that they shipped it from China to Italy, Italy to US, then from a processing center here to me. Not only was it not as advertised, and took forever to arrive, but the artwork was clearly stolen as I found it online and contacted the artist. It is also very low quality printed. I tried to dispute the charge and they offered me $5 refund which I refused. They are now offering a full refund if I pay to ship it back to China, which will cost more than the shirt. Still disputing with my CC but buyer beware and hopefully you read all the negative reviews before buying.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered National Parks shirts on March 3rd and received them on April 7th. The items are cheap, the fabric would melt if it got near anything warm, and the chemical smell was overwhelming. The sizes are too small, and nothing was made right. I emailed their customer support, and they kept stalling and made me send pictures. I sent the photos, and they said that I got what I ordered and they will send me $10 as a good will gesture. I said no, I want a full refund, and I have not heard back so I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so now I wait.

Blurry print on sweatshirt! Do not buy from them. They have no return policy. They cover charged me by $15 as well compared to the emailed receipt. The logo on the national park sweatshirt was very blurry and it is clearly copyright infringement. They falsely advertised like some of the proceeds go to National Parks. They actually tried to offer $5 credit on $70 purchase for something that is completely not wearable.

Ordered a top with a national forest design. Arrived with a key word missing. Upon querying this, was told no, I had been sent what I ordered. When provided with pictorial evidence in the form of their own confirmation docket, silence. The image is also very blurry and pixelated which I wouldn't mind too much as only noticable very close up, but with the missing word and the now ignoring of the issue, will absolutely never recommend this company nor use them again.

I never take the time to write negative reviews, but I feel its imperative for consumers to know this company is not who it portrays itself to be. I purchased a NPS sweatshirt, with the guarantee that 70% of profits were donated to organizations supporting American National Parks. The sweatshirt shipped from Spain, even though they claim to be an American company with products made in America. The sweatshirt took three weeks to arrive, and the quality is absolutely atrocious. The look, feel, and fabric is majorly misrepresented on the ad. It’s a $3 sweatshirt. Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase from this company.

I'm so pleased with my purchase. The T-shirt's print is fantastic and it fits well. The tennis skirt is also great-quality and has a perfect fit. Feels like they were tailored just for me!
