Very courteous and helpful

Very courteous and helpful. No prwith product. My confusion on your website led to over ordering. Looking forward to using the one remaining order I am not canceling. Please provide return for refund instructions for the two over orders I wish to return.

Cancel fungus treatment

I tried to cancel my order immediately to no avail only to later get a text that orders were usually processed w/i about an hour.

Was hung up on twice before a rep actually helped.

Review Title: DECEPTIVE UPSCAMS AND HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTIONS! My Rating:negative 10

Total scam artists.
Be extremely careful with this company. My experience was a series of deceptive marketing tactics, hidden charges, and blatant lies from customer service.
• The "Sneaky" Upsell: I ordered two bottles, and was immediately redirected to a page offering three bottles for a "better price." It was framed to look like an upgrade; instead, they charged me for five bottles total AND “priority shipping” when I never agreed to it.
• Hidden Subscriptions: Check your PayPal/Bank statements! Under the name "Commerce Core," they signed me up for an unauthorized subscription without my consent. I only caught it because I checked my PayPal activity immediately and cancelled it.
• Dishonest Communication: When I tried to cancel the accidental order, support claimed that within just 15 minutes, it had already been packed and shipped. They only changed their tune after I filed formal claims with PayPal and my credit card company.
• The Contradiction: One representative (Victor) told me I couldn't get a refund until the items were delivered. Yet, exactly one minute later, another (Carol) emailed to say they had "intercepted" the order and issued a full refund.
They only gave me my $217.92 back because I involved my bank and PayPal and relentlessly emails and chats. This site relies on confusing layouts to overcharge you and then lies about shipping to prevent cancellations. Total scam—stay away!

I have also emailed my bank with screenshots of the messages from Victor and Carol so that the company cannot try to dispute the refund.

(In the spirit of transparency I used AI to write this because I was so angry and wasn’t making any sense. I had to compile all the different emails and messages into Gemini to help me make it sound like a cohesive review!!)

An order is created only after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed. We offer one-time purchases as well as subscriptions. Any add-ons, including subscriptions, must be confirmed by the customer before the order is finalized. Additionally, our shipping system is partially automated to ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, which unfortunately means we are unable to intervene once an order has already been shipped.

The advertisement is very convincing

The advertisement is very convincing. However, this product does absolutely nothing. I tried it; as directions indicate; for about 3 weeks. Since there wasn't even a spec of improvement. Extremely disappointed. In my opinion, do not purchase this item. It's a waste of time and money.

All-in-all it was a good experience. As I checked out to purchase the product I was a bit confused at the additional pages I was taken through. I thought that I purchase the same product twice. It would be nice if to get a confirmation of the completed order before the additional pages

Wellanail a disreputable company!

Even giving this company 1 star is too good. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I ordered one bottle and was charged for two. Plus they charged me $5.99 for shipping protection, which I didn't request. Within moments after I order the product I received a confirmation email which charged me for two bottles and the shipping protection. i immediately called the company and spoke to some male and wanted to cancel and he told me the warehouse had already prepared the bottles for shipment. It was then that I realized I was dealing with a disreputable co. They charged me for two separate orders totaling about $80.00. I learned a valuable lesson, CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST. Update. There customer service is as bad as the rest of the company. They want to give me a $20.00 discount and send back the products but I have to pay for shipping as stated in their terms and conditions. Oh, but wait, they charged me $5.99 for shipping protection. I give up, they win. I really hope that the old adage "what comes around, goes around" and maybe they'll get theirs someday. 3/16/26, to be fair, Wellanail just credited my account for $30.00 and $5.99. $30 was for the extra bottle they charged me for, the$5.99 was for the shipping protection cost I didn't approve. So, in the end, they charged me for only 1 bottle. I have not tried the product yet, so I can't recommend either way.

Wellanail transaction process isn't legit

At this point I can't review the product because I haven't received it yet. My complaint is the transaction process. I initially was ordering two bottles. The transaction was going through my payment app. As I was waiting for a summary of my transaction Wellnail offered a three bottle option that decreased the cost of each bottle by a couple of dollars. I thought the offer was an upgrade of the initial transaction. Instead it became a separate order. I never got a summary of the order to confirm what I was purchasing to give me the option to make any change to the order. Once I got the email of my order I replied to their email within two minutes of when I received their email to cancel the three bottle order. I got a reply back that a cancelation had to be done within an hour. Since I requested a cancelation within three minutes I thought they would cancel that one transaction. Instead within thirty minutes I got an email replay that the order had been processed and being shipped out. The email also stated I can send back the product within thirty days for a refund and they threw in an extended warranty. Reading some of the other reviews I believe that's a joke. I wish I had read reviews before making the purchase.

Wasted Money

The product is not working, and the whole story seems to be a total fake. I have spent some serious money on the product and am now asking to get some money back because the product is not working. They have a money-back guarantee, but no reply anymore. Don't waste your money on this product.

Bought product tried to cancel they said it had already shipped give me an extended warranty by email to give the product a chance. Now time to return they said product returns has expired. Have tried contacting them bas customer service. The product doesnt even work. Will not advice anyone to buy or use them ever. It’s a scam
