Worst. Service. Ever. Stay away from them!
I purchased a vps (with 10 ip's).
After more than 10 days and multiple support tickets I still haven't got what I paid for:
1) It took about 5 days and a ticket just to get it activated
2) I checked and it only has 1 ip (it should have 10)
3) I can't even reinstall the OS because of an unexplained error in the control panel
4) Support is total crap, it takes days just to get an answer
5) They refuse to fix the issues and any request of refunds
