Annie (Sheffield) responded immediately to my enquiry just before Christmas and my parents now have two wonderful cleaners Kanwal and Mary who are doing an amazing job of supporting them whilst my mum recovers from a serious fracture.

They are happy to help in whatever way they can, whether it’s cleaning the hob, ironing, changing beds, sprucing up bathrooms etc.

I am immensely grateful for the professional and timely response from Annie and I know my parents appreciate Kanwal and Mary’s hard work in keeping a large and rambling house spotlessly clean. A big thank you from us all.

I HAD A DEEP CLEAN THAT WAS ACCOMMODATED AT SHORT NOTICE, WHICH HELPED SO MUCH.
NATASHA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED EVERYTHING ON MY LIST AND STAYED A LITTLE LONGER UNTIL OUR HOME WAS COMPLETELY BLITZED. WHAT I APPRECIATED A LOT WAS THE MINDFULNESS MANDY AND NATASHA HAVE SHOWN ME WITH MY ADDITIONAL NEEDS, WITH THE EXTRA HELP TO CLARIFY MY REQUESTS. We have been using Well Polished for over two years now. For a variety of reasons we have used several cleaners, who have all been excellent. Charlotte and Karen go out of their way to be helpful and resourceful.

Keeley, gave our place the sparkle it needed, very thorough and did a fantastic job... professional and timely as promised.... we'll definitely be needing this service again and would highly recommend WP... Thank you Keeley.

Ordered a deep clean of our house, Paid £50 upfront and was told the cleaner would cost £16 per hour and she would bring everything. I explained when booking the clean that my wife is disabled and carers are visiting every day and the house needs to have a full clean excluding the upstairs bedrooms. They offered 5 hours which i agreed to.

The cleaner turned up without a single product to clean anything and left after 3 hours. Pointless her even turning up, i now need to find a cleaner to do the job properly, she has not even touched the downstairs front room where my wife is, the most important room!! Very unhappy Well Polished, seriously annoyed. The price was unimportant, i would have paid anything i needed a thorough clean for my wife and for the carers visiting our home and we got the worst, i ordered a deep clean, this is in no way a deep clean, she has used my hoover to hover the stairs until the battery died and mopped a floor, i am so upset and wish i had phoned anyone but Well Polished, i now have tasked my mum to find a competent cleaner to do what should have been done today.
