Had a great experience, good training about carer

I had a very positive and rewarding experience studying at Welfare Academy, where I successfully completed two courses:
RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and the CHAP (Care Home Assistant Practitioner) programme.

I would like to specially mention Jenson Thomas for his excellent guidance, leadership, and continuous encouragement throughout my journey. His support played an important role in helping me stay focused and confident until successful completion of both courses.

My sincere appreciation goes to the academic staff, especially Greta Zhekova and Leema Thomas, for their clear explanations, strong subject knowledge, and practical approach to teaching. Their academic support made complex topics easier to understand and apply in real care settings.

I am also very thankful to the supporting staff—Mr. Fabin Francis, Bessymon Shaju, and Leon Renji—for their constant assistance, coordination, and timely support whenever help was needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire learning process smooth and stress-free.

The convocation ceremony was extremely well organised and memorable. It was a proud moment for students and reflected the academy’s respect for learners’ hard work and achievements.

Overall, Welfare Academy offers excellent courses, dedicated staff, and strong student support. I highly recommend Welfare Academy to anyone looking to build a career in health and social care with confidence and quality training.

The level of excellence and detail is topnotch, from the theoretical to practical classes.

My experience studying for the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in welfare academy has been both rewarding and career-enhancing. The academy provided a supportive and professional learning environment that focused on developing real, practical skills alongside essential theoretical knowledge.

One of the most valuable aspects of the course was the work-based assessment.
