I’ve had several excellent experiences with Welcome Pickups — in both Athens and Zürich. In particular, I’ve used them for early morning pickups (for example, 4 or 5 am) and have found them extremely reliable.

Terrible !!!! DO NOT USE!
Booked the transfer 7 months in advance and 5 hours before my flight they cancelled my booking .
Use another company if you don’t want your holiday ruined !

The driver came a bit early and parked safe enough place to we can put luggage's in the car. He was kind.

Waiting at airport when arrived turned up early at hotel when leaving.. smooth journeys

Even though our ferry was delayed our driver was there with a clear sign, he drove very efficiently in crazy Athens traffic, spoke English very well, very glad we used the service😎

I've availed of the pick up service from Welcome Pickups twice from Edinburgh airport and both times the experience was flawless and smooth. The drivers were courteous and nice to talk to and the communication regarding the meeting point was clear and precise.

After a long day of travelling with my 3 year old daughter, Mr. Didin was a friendly face to see at Denpasar airport! He was helpful and patient when there was some confusion with my accomodation address too.
I also used this service for the transfer back to the airport and had Agung for our driver. He was so great. Beautiful new car with child seat. So polite and helpful.

This is the most relaxing travel there is between the airport and the city. To be highly recomended! Booking and communication worked perfect! Polite drivers and nice cars.

Good communication (v important), collected us where they said, when they said, suitable vehicle for all our bags and straight to our hotel! Even carried our bags from terminal to vehicle And the app worked without a hitch 🤗

We were met @ Istanbul airport by a driver booked through the Welcome app. It was a relatively simple process to book via the app. Once a driver was assigned he contacted us in advance & then nearer the time sent us a video & instructions where to meet via WhatsApp. He tracked our flight details so he knew what time to expect us. I allowed an hour after landing to get through a long queue at customs & collect our luggage. Everything worked out perfectly.
