I’ve bought an Inglesina trio silk grey. The purchase went as it should and within one month I’ve received my product. I’ve found shipping time very fair and the delivery very detailed, I was able to track the parcel any time I needed and apply changes following my needs. Products not in stock/delayed shipping
This company is taking orders without having the goods in stock. It then orders the goods and does not know the lead time from the manufacturer at the time you place your order. For example, when ordering on 10 May it stated on the website that it’ll be be shipped same day and delivered in 2-4 days When I followed up it was not in stock.
You will notice from all reviews on trust pilot that they provide tracking numbers eventually, but these are provided about 2-3 months after the order is placed as they haven’t had the stock to ship until that point.
I followed up on numerous occasions and eventually cancelled my order. Please not that as they are in the EU they can’t charge a cancellation fee if they haven’t provided you with the goods within 30 days, they are obliged to refund you in full.
In my case, order placed on 10 May. Requested cancellation on 5 occasions from 15 June (after waiting 30 days) and up until 8 July as it was a gift and I had to source elsewhere. They shipped it on 10 July where I had to refuse delivery as I had to source elsewhere. The company then got in touch as they were “confused” as to why I refused delivery.
I would advise anyone that waits or waited more than 30 days for delivery to use EU consumer rights to get a refund as they shouldn’t be charging a cancellation fee if they can’t fulfil the order.
Please also note, the company did not refund me, I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company stating all details of what happened. Ensure to keep correspondence with the company so you have backup, but don’t expect them to provide a refund or have the items in stock for their stated delivery times.
I requested delivery dates on numerous occasions and couldn’t get a delivery date hence why I cancelled the order
Please search for shoppers rights on the europa website for more details on your rights
I also understand delayed items due to COVID however the history of bad reviews on here shows this is an ongoing issue

Hi there I have placed a order for a pram system on the 07/10/2020 that I have payed £702 for but since I have payed for it all I have seen is bad reviews, it says it will be delivered within 7-10 days it has been 9 days and I have not received a tracking number or the item itself I have tried emailing this company about my order 5 times and have not had a reply since. I want to know what is happening with my order as it says on my order history it is processed and complete and the order comments say to be shipped shortly but I am worried I am not going to receive my item as I have no tracking number or no reply’s from this company with my emails. Overall good experience, but please answer emails!
Received the package in US within one month, which is very good given that the official stroller companies don't send to US at all due to the pandemic. One wheel of the stroller is damaged, but looks like it is a factory defect. Waiting for Welcomemrbaby! to answer about a replacement. If Welcomemrbaby! would answer emails within at least 48 hours, I'd give 5 star rating.
Previous review: Placed order 17826 two weeks ago. They emailed with the confirmation that the order will be delivered the next week. Trying to reach them now to obtain a tracking number with no success. They stopped answering emails and phone calls.

I placed an order on MAY 12 but they never shipped the product. Contacted many times and found that they sold product which was out of stock. On July 15 they sent a notification that additional payment is required for shipping of 975 euro. Looks like they have perfect scheme of accepting orders, wait 3 months, then tell people that shipping increased, cancel the order and take CANCELATION fee. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! THIS IS SCAM

The website looks correct you place your order they say 7 to 10 days for order to be processed, then you will here nothing. You contact them many times with no response, when finally you get a response they say we hope you noticed the item is out of stock, even though there was no mention or information regarding this on the order page.
I was concerned after checking the company out online after placing my order unfortunately, i realised they had ripped off many people, I immediately cancelled my order which was within 14 days of ordering, to receive a 15% cancellation fee.
So they pretend to have an item, you order they inform you eventually after hounding them that they don't have it, you decide to cancel and they charge you for not having the item. please do not order from this company they are thieves.
Their response to this is you should have read the terms and conditions, which is just a very handy loop hole for them to take your money for doing absolutely nothing other than be a company with terrible business practices.
If you're not making it clear to the consumer at the point of purchase that the item is out of stock, allowing them to order then ignore them, then on cancellation because you do not have the item charge the consumer, you're just a bunch of thieves in my book..

Stay well clear!! Once placing an order you will spend countless weeks chasing it up.
If you are lucky enough to be able to pressure them into a refund you will only receive 85% back of the value of the product you ordered. (Due to their terms and conditions)
It's a very deliberate tactic to use a loop hole to steal your money without prosecution or being shut down.
You will not receive an invoice or any notifications of shipping. This will prompt you to become nervous and tirelessly make an effort to get in touch with these crooks and cancel your order leaving them with a 15% profit of the transaction value.
I honestly believe from my first hand experience and reading reviews all over the web that they have no intention of ever supplying you with a product.
Be very weary also of a few of the other websites that come up on the Google adds section from which you swipe side to side.
After checking these guys reviews out it appears a very similar scam is taking place. I would not be surprised to discover if they are connected or indeed the same people.
In my case I was trying to buy a John Deere 12v Gator for my 4 year old son.
These thief's broke his little heart.

Don't buy anything from these rip-off merchants!
They advertise that their products are available but then when it takes weeks and nothing arrives you are told that it was advertised as 'out of stock'.
In our case this was a total lie and the product was shown as available.
After weeks of arguing for them to cancel the order, being told it is on it's way, will be here next week, they will then deduct 10 or 15% from your refund when they eventually relent.
I think this company only make money by charging cancellation fees - do they actually sell anything.....?!!

In fact 80% of your reviews are Average or below, with 70% only 1 STAR BAD.

I was worried when I first made an order with this company due to the reviews but I’ve had such a good positive experience with this company I ordered a pram in April and received it in perfect condition well packaged all in good time, delivery times are taking longer than usual but that’s due to covid19 which is completely understandable as it’s slowed everything down, every time I sent a question via the ticketing system on the website Leonardo niro came back to quickly keeping me updated on my order and reassuring me he also emailed me as soon as my order was despatched and I was provided with the tracking number as soon as I asked so I was able to follow my parcel until it arrived, my experience with this company has been brilliant and the customer service has been brilliant thank you so much for my pram and for all your help I’m very happy and would definitely order from you again in the future.

I ordered a playhouse on the 21/4/'20 from this seller. Order No. 16816. I have found it next to impossible to make contact. They have answered a few emails. The thing is they took the order the Paypal payment on the 21 April even though they did not have stock of the playhouse as I have since found out. Up to a few days ago they still are waiting to hear from their distributor when they might be getting in the house and how soon I might be receiving my order. This is crazy a month has gone bye and I have no answers. I have asked for a refund, but have not being contacted since. It is a disgrace. They say on their website delays due to Covid 19. Why take an order and the payment when you don't even have the product in stock. It is a disgrace. Hoping they might answer this review as most of my other messages are being ignored. They say on website answer within 24 hours. Buyers be ware. This playhouse was to be a gift for my Gran daughters birthday, she asks every day when is her gift coming, very disappointed child.
