Beautiful property & well equipped. Sadly overall experience let down by poor maintenance / management of the property. A design fault in the patio doors means keys break if not taken out before opening but no signs to warn you of this for the downstairs doors. Signs visible once you’re upstairs but too late. (Charge to us to repair was overpriced!).
Blocked sinks and no bin liners (which welcome pack says they’ve left you). Floors not swept/cleaned properly as dog hairs galore under the furniture (not great for a crawling baby).
Oh and the travel cot didn’t work, thankfully we had packed our own.

Second time using the facility in York.
Many issues, the first stay, power loss, no lifts, and blinds don't open and close. Poor beds, and limited access to contacts, in what should be a luxury apartment, Great potential and views, sadly let down by quick fix items not being done. Also received a £100 parking fine as my voucher was not on the dashboard but on the seat. On contacting, I was told that there is nothing they can do!
