Weje is the first online, virtual board that can be used for any purpose. It is a versatile collaboration tool, where anyone can participate in the process, from anywhere. It has limitless applications, from personal and business life to education and training.

Weje combines several tools that are necessary for my daily business into a single tool.
I don't have the patience to wait for new features to be released.

Pros: New & fresh: Feels very snappy, focusses on being a simple, collaborative whiteboard solution. Easy to understand, quick video intro. Lists / nested lists for e.g. kanban boards are a differentiator. Great for jotting sth. down quickly. Very fair pricing model.

Cons: Mindmaps: Connectors between shapes are always curves.

Features are quite unique compared
to other applications like this. For example, embedding floating Google Docs that people can then all edit simultaneously on a board is impressive.

The application's UI is a little buggy at times. But not enough that it's distracting.

I like this app because it makes brainstorming ideas and collaborating with colleagues fun and easy.

Weje is the best software I bought in the last 2 years (and I bought a lot). It’s because of Quality and everyday usecase. WEJE is a new kid in a playground of Miro or Mural, but it’s work much better now (on the first year) – it’s a big WOW. I have use Miro before, but Weje is faster, simplifield and intuitive – every job is made 2x faster. UX is amazing. UI is not in my style, but they change it every week. It’s a lot of upgrades and all needs from community going straight to the roadmap. I am in love with Weje. Hard to write why, it’s not because of big list of features Weje have (a lot of superb stuff is in roadmap) I love it just because of WEJE clean, fast and smooth utility. When I need to made some plans (for a day or year, or whatever else….) I start WEJE and the magic happens. If You look for some whiteboard or place for Team collaboration – go for Weje, it’s helpful and smooth!

Weje is a must-have tool if you web design and development. I organize everything on weje, for example,the wording (copywriting) from clients on Google docs can be connected and edited on Weje. I put all everything organized and link.

It is very easy to use and has some really cool features that make it fun. You can invite others to work on your board or you can invite them to see your boards. You can also upload images or videos from your computer or the web to create a more interactive experience for your audience.

Weje is more than a whiteboard. It replaces Trello, Miro and Figma Jam for me. The flexibility is in the way you can arrange your ideas and uploading of files. The possibilities are endless. If you don't know where to start, just select one of the templates that applies most to your use case. The team feature is great and so is the backup and trash bin. In case you delete something and want to go back to the previous version, you can do so easily. I have this for 5 weeks now and I'm never going back to Miro or Trello, ever. Thanks to Weje.

Weje is a digital whiteboard where I can brainstorm ideas and visualize all my research in a single dashboard. It is a fantastic tool for mind-mapping and workflow design. It also has a team feature for collaboration.

It is web-based, allowing me to compile, organize, and share my data anywhere as long as I have an Internet connection.

I can draw anything with VEIKK, my graphic tablet. The recent update allows the addition of shapes. I hope the founder would consider including icons and emojis in the next update.

It is easy to add posts from social media platforms such as Youtube, Twitter etc. Just paste the URL on the board. I can drag it to my List or Card. I even upload my own assets such as PDF, TXT, videos, and images.

What I like about Weje is that you can share your board publicly or privately. I would like to see an embedding feature in the future where you can embed your board into your blog post or website.

Though it may not be on par with established whiteboard tools like Miro, I believe there are many new features that are yet to be seen.

Say goodbye to Miro, our team moved to Weje and we are very happy. Weje is faster than miro to load everything from interface to projects.

All essential functions are all there. Although there are some function lacking such as a navigation mini-map and folder, but it is in their pipeline. Definitely recommend Weje to any small to large teams.

Love Weje like a fat kid loves cake :) . It reduces the amount of time i need to plan my Content, meetings, and I can avoid writing on a physical board (which has limited space) and rather do everything within Weje and then connect all of it together with the amazing Mindmaps funktion.

Weje is new on the market

I tested it and didn't hesitate to get the early adoption offer.
It is easy to use and has a low learning curve.
Missing informations can be found in the help and/or by the support team.

I see it as my replacement for Miro. It needs functions to get to the same level. It has the potential to do it.

I use it for meetings and to increase the collaboration of the team to an awesome value compared to the competition.

The early adoption is clearly a no brainer.

I was introduced to Weje by a Colleague of mine when it became the Product of the day in Product Hunt. As they had given it free initially without much expectations, I signed up and started using it.

The first reason for me love weje is the number of templates that are available. These templates can be used straight out of the box. Infact I had to submit a report and I used the PESTLE Template that was available on Weje.

Then When I worked with the boards and a simple way in which you can connect and stack the boards, made me realise the versatility of the application.

Tried to document our SoPs and started with the HR Process. Within 30 minutes I was able to define the entire process including embedding the relevant files, images and videos.

Collaboration features makes it an amazing utility, which can readily be shared with Collaborators and just viewers.

If you are looking for Whiteboard with versatile features and collaborating with other team members is a necessity look no further.
