Great products but painful carrier chosen
Perfect for the products ordered and the order shipped very quickly, however the package arrived really damaged, a simple envelope not strong enough. The carrier chosen DPD is cheap but very painful, I had the issue several times, he did not come to the delivery place and just mentioned CONSIGNEE REFUSED THE DELIVERY which is not true at all ! I recommend you use another company than DPD, best regards.

The original order was very badly…
The original order was very badly packaged. It allowed one of the products inside to be removed. The post office taped up the package but the opening was still visibl. A replacement was sent frr of charge once photo evidence was sent.

Never received the product
Never received the product, being blocked from the website, being blocked from the email address to contact the support regarding my order not received. I placed my order on June 30th, paid extra for the 1 day delivery...til today, I still didn't receive anything and support is not answering to anything.
