Lost time, lost money and unusable product
I bought a t-shirt with the specific text for the Mother’s Day. The special symbols which were visible on the screen didn’t come out in print. I requested a refund, they sent me a voucher code and I ordered another t-shirt through them with the updated text. This t-shirt was never delivered. They apologized for inconvenience and the delay, explaining that they had some problems with the print provider, external subcontractor. I sent them several email reminders and the request to refund me. They stopped answering my emails. So, lost time, lost money and an unusable t-shirt.
