Tony did a good service job on 11/5

Took 4 visit to fix my freezer fan motor.
1 day to find problem. Took 20 minutes to determine it was a bad fan motor.
Had to wait till after the weekend to get the part.
Monday he installed the new motor.
Woke up Tuesday and not fixed. Had the same teck come back and took hours looking at it. Said it was fixed.
Woke up Wednesday and not fixed. Called and same teck came out again. Spent hours defrosting and whatever else he did and said it was fixed.
Woke put Wednesday and the freezer was 40 degrees And the fridge at 60 degrees.
I looked on line for solutions Found the fan might be upside down. Called again. Sent the same tec. Told him what I found on line and sure enough he put the fan in upside down. Took him 20 minutes to fix.
So for the 3 days it was down, I lost @ $200 in food and dished out $374.18 and not so much as an apology.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our Wefix Appliance technician was prompt and found our problem right away. He fixed our microwave very efficiently and was done within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This company is great. Made appointment, they showed up next day and diagnosed the issue. I have a sub Zero fridge. Ordered the part. Came in 3 days, Showed up installed part, filled with gas and that was it. Highly recommended.

Alex our repairman was absolutely professional and clean and courteous, he repaired my Whirlpool dryer in a matter of minutes and explained in detail what the issue was.
