Just terrible service. Just moved into this new place and it needed a good clean. I’m pregnant so I didn’t want to be around the chemicals. I scheduled a move-in, 3-hour clean from 8-11 and they came 10:30-12 (half the time I paid for and not in the time frame I expected). See pictures for how filthy it was after they left. They clearly didn’t mop floors, didn’t clean windowsills, didn’t clean windows or mirrors, and didn’t move a single item to sweep or vacuum under. Porch wasn’t swept in the front or back. I guess the only thing they did was wipe down surfaces, which I could have done myself. I will never be using this service again and I will tell everyone looking for a cleaning service to avoid this one. I would have rather cleaned my own house for free.

use at your own risk. I’m located in San Diego (La Mesa) Ca and the service was concerning. I have a small 1200 sq feet townhouse (I expected them to clean 2 bedrooms out of 3) bringing it down to (1000 sq feet) removed all fixtures. and placed everything in in garage with the expectation of dusting and deep cleaning, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen, I wanted the wood floors and furniture dusted. I’ve used the same maid services for years and usually my home is a 4 hour job in condition it was in (WITH OTHER COMPANIES), That would be 2 hours total and two maids. Never focused the stove, Both of them was in master bedroom for 2 hours (4hours). Remind you I placed all items on bed so they would not have to move anything in bedroom and bathroom. They requested more time and completed 1.5 bathrooms, stairs, and kitchen and floors in 1.5 (3 hours). Did not dust anything and performed a basic cleaning that you would do daily.

I requested and paid for a deep cleaning and they did not touch stove, lamps, dust under furniture ( was not expected to move furniture but just clean what was visual to the eyes). I have a bad back and they performed what I could have done on my own for $41 a hour. Did I mention I had to beg for a confirmation of service the night before? They arrived 41 minutes late. when they left the did not inform me and left door unlock with no bye or walk through. I was upstairs. She also snapped photos of my home upstairs before she left without permission and she did not speak English. They followed none of my instruction.

I rely on Weekend Maids for my rental properties across Southern California. Their prices are great and I can line up service on weekdays or weekends. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommended!
