We were helped by Tara who was so lovely and really listened to everything I said - made me feel completely heard even when I didn’t really know what I wanted! She picked out dresses that were exactly the kind of thing I was looking for and I was able to find my dream dress too! Completely chilled, answered my 100s of questions and didn’t make me feel pressured at all when I got a bit flappy about actually deciding!! We went mid-week and it was really quiet with no wait. The place is spotless and calm and it was also lovely to have a chat to the couple other brides and their families as we tried on dresses. Overall, would really recommmend (and I haven’t even mentioned the prices which are amazing! )

Great service lady was really helpful. Only downside is that they tell you it’s a walk in but give you an appointment hours later so found myself waiting around and paying extra for parking when I could have made the appointment on the phone. Found myself waiting around dress is the end so happy

As soon as I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed, very good at explaining the items I was looking for and knew what type of dress for me, made me feel a million dollars 😊 ❤️ would highly recommend. Big thank you to Tara who looked after me. Also Amiee and I am sorry I didn’t catch the other ladies name. But all deserve 10/10.

I had the most amazing experience at wed2b yesterday. It was my first ever time trying on wedding dresses, so as you can imagine I was quite nervous and had no idea what sort of style I wanted or how any of it works. I was greeted by staff on arrival and they were all very friendly and welcoming. The process was explained clearly and we wasn’t waiting long at all! I think once we arrived and checked in I was position number three which gave us some time to go around the store and browse dresses.

My fitter was called Brooke, and from the first meeting I felt such at ease, she was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole process very clearly and answered and questions or concerns I had. Brooke was very attentive and kind, and really made me feel at ease. She pulled the most perfect dresses - and I even found my dress on the third try! She was amazing! Brooke made me feel at such ease in the changing room and was complimenting me, and honestly despite the dress, Brooke gave me so much confidence, which made the dress choice even easier as I wasn’t anxious about how I looked. I felt like a princess the whole time we were there! Brooke definitely knows exactly what she’s doing and is super qualified for the job she’s in, I think Brooke knew I had found my dress before I did as she said she saw my eyes light up and my whole attitude and confidence changed the moment I put my dress on. Whilst Brooke was absolutely amazing, I want to thank the rest of the staff that was on duty when we were there for being so kind and helpful. All of you were brilliant and I’m so happy I have my wedding dress! Absolutely loved every part of our time in your store! ❤️

From start to finish the staff in store made me feel comfortable, they were knowledgable and able to pick out dresses according to your preference with particular thanks Abi who helped me find my perfect dress & accessories.

The staff really is so friendly and helpful, they will really look for the dress that's suited for you that's according to your liking. She really did help me look for 'that' dress (apologies I forgot the name of the coordinator who assisted me), knows what she's talking about and very detailed in explaining everything. Overall,very good experience,helpful as compared to the other bridal shops I've been.

Sintija from the Southampton branch was amazing, as were all of the staff. They made finding my dress a truly magical experience. Sintija listened to exactly what I wanted, it turns out she knew me better than I know myself as she brought out a wild card that turned out to be the one! Thank you all so much for making this so special for me, Yasmine

Yaz was amazing!! She was so so kind and helpful. Her knowledge was incredible & she got me the perfect dress!
Even when we needed to change it up and try something new, she was in full support!!

I came in a few weeks ago getting quite desperate to find a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in May - Sarah was so, so helpful and didn’t make me feel stressed or rushed at all (even though we kept her past closing!) She was so attentive and honest about colours and styles, listening to what I wanted and taking that all into account while still helping me step out of my comfort zone - I ended up buying a dress style and colour I’d not even really considered but now love. I can’t wait to receive my dress and this lovely experience has made me want to come back when I’m looking for a dress for my own wedding!! thank you Sarah, you’re a star <3

The team were so patient and kind. They listened to my thoughts on dresses and were honest, they took notes of things I disliked and went above and beyond to find me the dress. Can’t thank them enough for the experience and for showing me dresses I wouldn’t have looked twice at!

The team in Southampton were amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fun! They really listened to all my likes, dislikes and quirks and I found my dress- she is beautiful!

From start to finish Aimee was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to what I was after and pulled out some amazing options - she showed us how the dresses could all be adapted and was clear about the whole process. I ended up going with the Positano dress which is just stunning and I can’t thank the team enough for making such a big decision so easy and fun! Such a lovely team!

The ladies at Southampton were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the dress. I was really apprehensive about dress shopping as I am on the larger size and they made me feel good and had very good attention to detail. I went on a week day and would highly recommend this if you want time/a more relaxed experience as it wasnt busy and ended up having a few of the ladies help me.

Staff were lovely, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately being a bigger size there were very few under £800 and they put the price up on the dresses a day after I had tried them on.

Really good experience and service for finding my wedding dress. Was great to try dresses on in my size instead of whatever sample there was. Felt listened to following suggestions to try. Personable experience however when I had found my dress the script was flipped into a sales pitch. And what felt like chucking in unnecessary extras in a bid to make extra money/possible commission. This dampened the overall experience I wish I was aware of this part before going instead of feeling under pressure and overwhelmed. I found my beautiful wedding dress and would recommend to others however with a warning! 7/10.

Wonderful staff and service.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiley faces and passionate ladies who wanted to know all about my big day.
Yas was my consultant and she asked great questions to try and figure out what I was imagining to be my dream dress, I had almost no idea, but I told her what I DIDN’T want- she went through everything with me, from material to undergarments and why they’re necessary and how dresses could be altered. She chose dresses 1 by 1 and let me take my time trying them on- you could tell she genuinely cared about how I felt being in each dress, she added accessories and made me feel so beautiful but also comfortable sharing my opinions.
The way Yas chatted with my MIL and I made us feel like she was a friend who already knew me, she was so patient and so knowledgable- and when I found ‘the one’ she was so happy for me and made it such a lovely moment.
Thank you Yas for making an experience that felt quite overwhelming in my head so calm and stress free, it’s a memory I will cherish forever x
