Paul management style involves serious dishonesty and manipulation. There were significant missing funds, misleading information, and unfair treatment of employees. Many people including customers, staff and other companies were negatively affected by his actions. Which caused lasting harm to careers and trust within the company .
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business or work with paul Mooney a thief and a liar to exercise great caution. It's been disappointing embarrassing and shameful working for you. You have no honor and your word worth nothing but lies.

Avoid at all cost, I sold my car and they promised to pay £250.00 owed, as soon as I returned the CV5. I post it recorded delivery as they instructed on the 09/08/2024 I have try to call them several leaving them voices messages and till today I haven’t received the £250.00. This company is not to be trusted. You been warned!!!

I was prepared for my valuation to drop when I took it in. Dropped from initial online valuation of £535 to £435 after I amended to no MOT. After inspection and grading it was amended to £205. I was assured that the transaction fee was already taken out and that is what I would receive. The final signature was scrolled through to after this on the pad with no chance to check. I signed only to find the fee was deducted from what I was told I would receive.

What a waste of time! After a reasonable on line valuation, no email confirmation (as promised) and no call backs despite leaving several messages when I tried to follow up. I really don’t believe this is legitimate and my advice is that I wouldn’t waste your time and get your hopes up with this useless outfit!

I sold my car to WeBuyUrCar.co.uk about a month ago. At the time, I didn’t have my V5C, so they withheld £200 until I sent it. I posted the V5C by registered mail, which they received over 3 weeks ago. Since then, I have had no payment, no acknowledgement of my emails or complaints, and no replies on their instant messenger. They have also blocked my phone number.

This feels like a scam, they take your car, keep your money, and then cut off all contact. I only ever requested a quote from WeBuyAnyCar and somehow ended up selling to this company instead.

I sold my car to you weeks ago, but I was waiting for my V5c to come through. So you held £300 from the price you paid.
I sent the V5c in weeks ago, I've had confirmation I'm no longer the owner but I've still not been paid the £300. I've emailed multiple times, called your office but there is always a voicemail. I've left voicemails and had no response to anything.
Not sure what is going on but it's terrible service after the sale. Upto that point it was great and I managed to get in touch easy.
Why aren't you paying people?

The man who came to the house was very respectful, helpful, courteous and kind. Took the time to hope my father would get better very soon. Which was a nice human touch. Took the time for me to process and what would happen next. The respect he showed to my husband was of the upmost respect. The gentleman on the end of the phone was the person who explained everything to me and wanted genuinely the best price for my husband and myself as he knew the situation. I believe he sent the most courteous gentleman. I would highly recommend this company as they offer more money than the other company with a very similar name. I would have given this company 10 stars had I been given the option.

very disappointed with this Company. 2 bookings cancelled, the first i was told that the viewer had had an accident which wasn't true so this was cancelled. The second booked for 3 days later (Today) was cancelled the day before hand by email with no explanation of why. I emailed to ask them why and had no reply. I was told this happens a lot with them, not good and all it needed was an explanation as to why

I was recommended these people, but they just waste your time !! Got a quote, they then sent (after I chased) a link to down load photos

These guys must now be offering the easiest and most convenient way to sell your car! Filled in the form 11pm and had the deal done by 11am the next day. The best bit, I didn't even need to leave my house so was able to carry on working while the incredibly friendly Adam was inspecting the car and completing the paperwork. Also the price offered was far better than any of the competing 'We Buy' firms. Many thanks We Buy Ur Car!

Although my actual valuation was less than original valuation, Craig was very professional and thorough, easy to deal with and payment almost instant, would recommend above other well known companies.

Adam made this a very pleasing experience and was polite, efficient and thorough through out. I would recommend them to anyone.
The car finance was settled straight away with a confirmation email received, had an email regarding a change of ownership from the DVLA all within minutes.
