Matt arrived early, which was great. The process of removing the stairlift was quick and efficient. Matt was very polite and got on with the job straight away. Even the fact that our phone signal was poor, and he had to contact his office to arrange payment didn’t faze him.

I was very impressed with the service from We Buy Any Stairlift. They removed my dad’s stairlift this week and made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.

Very impressed with the company. They answered my query very quickly and scheduled the removal of the stairlift in less than a week. Danny, the engineer, was great. Although I didn't take the telephone call he had rung twice to let me know he was running late. He removed the stairlift in about half an hour. Friendly and efficient.

I telephoned we buy any lift , and spoke to Amy . She then sent me a link on whats app to upload photos of the stair lift.
Within a few hours I had a reply . A date and time was arranged for the engineer to uninstall the stairlift
Matt the engineer kept me up dated on his arrival time on the day.
He was very professional and polite he left everything clean and tidy.
I can not thank Amy and Matt enough for there professional service.

Great experience with this company from talking to a lovely lady on phone then arranging our date to take away.she requested some photos then gave us a price which we accepted. Two lovely smiley polite lads came ontime & didn't take long to do their job. Definitely would recommend this company.

I contacted a few companies to remove my father’s stairlift. We Buy Any Stairlift came straight back to me and booked in a removal quickly. Instead of needing to pay for it to be removed, they gave me £50 to take it away.
Matt, the stairlift engineer was polite, professional, and removed it quickly. Everything was left tidy.
