Gio was fantastic, very friendly and made me feel at ease. The only reason I am giving four stars, is the amount I was quoted online was drastically different than what I actually got. It was somewhat understandable and Gio provided an acceptable explanation, but it left me disappointed. Even still - would use your service again if the need arises.

When I first call we buy any cars.com well actually going on the website first start it was helpful self-explanatory everything was done with such good standards to where you understand the whole concept of selling a car or maybe if you wanted to trade a car either or it was both very exceptional put together well the branch manager he was very professional very helpful fast and efficient.. He pretty much explained what is required as far as selling a car as far as documents I was able to get it at a very easy paste without any prolonging the order so everything was done with courtesy professionalism I couldn't ask for more so well done to both MVA my bank with my title and we buy any cars everyone made it very exceptional and professionalism just as I would want it to be so great thank you so much for your service and your time and the offer everything was done phenomenally.. I have never seen the level of customer of service and generosity offered by Cliff at any other automotive shop, outside of my long time mechanic. I'm very grateful for Cliff's hard work and accommodating nature. Whenever I sell another car, Cliff will be my first call.

The staff explained the pricing process in a way that I could understand and offered a fair price.

It felt very much like a bait and switch deal. The initial offer was great but the final offer was SO low.

Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. From my initial call to schedule an appointment to leaving with a check the process was very simple. Josh went over all needed paperwork and even reminded me about places to look in my vehicle to make sure no belongings were being left behind.

I that they should mention about the documentation fees in bold type. Besides that try negotiate the offer that they give you. They are doing their job. But there seems to be a little room to negotiate. All in all it was a painless experience and I would use them again.
