Jim was absolutely great to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained every detail, however small, very well! Answered all my questions in a way that was very easy for me to understand. Jim encouraged additional questions and was very patient with me over the whole process. I received a fair and accurate price for my car and was very pleased.
