Good customer service but disappointing
Office was difficult to find. Payment for car was significantly lower than the original estimate. Terry though was wonderful and the process was extremely easy.
Update: I did speak with Kevin and appreciate the customer service that is so sorely lacking from many companies today. Thank you for your additional efforts to improve my experience.

Following up on our earlier reply: Kevin Cimador, our Area Manager for the Shaler Township team, spoke with you on October 1 to talk through how your sale landed. Thank you for taking the time to speak with him, and for giving us the opportunity to do the right thing and restore your faith in webuyanycar.com. We're also glad Terry made the process easy for you.

Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your vehicle, and for taking the time to rate how our team looked after you at our Shaler Township branch. A three-star rating tells us they fell short of the five-star experience we set out to give on every appointment, and we're sorry for that. We're also sorry the branch itself was hard to find, and we'll pass that along so directions are clearer for the next customer.
Our online valuation is based on the information provided at booking. The final number we're able to offer is set only after a professional, in-person appraisal that verifies the vehicle's condition. In your case, the vehicle also presented with meaningfully more miles on it than your most recent online estimate reflected, which moves the starting value before any condition item is even counted.
Our appraisal also documented several issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
- Hail damage to the roof, requiring repair and paint
- Scratches to the front bumper and both passenger-side doors
- A damaged front molding
- Rust on the tailgate, requiring repair and paint
We invite every customer to stay with the vehicle during the appraisal so you can see exactly what our team sees and how each of these affects the number.
We've escalated your visit to Kevin Cimador, the area manager responsible for our team in Shaler Township, who is investigating and will be reaching out to you directly to talk through how it landed for you.
Earning the five-star experience every webuyanycar.com customer deserves, including you, is what we're committed to.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
