Hi Jason,
Thank you for writing a review about your appointment. We’re thrilled to hear your positive feedback. We put customer service first and we’re glad our Mentor, OH branch delivered.
We see you rated us 2-stars and were eager to understand where we fell short. Anything less than a 5-star service is unacceptable. If we can give you an overall positive experience, we’ll bend over backwards to make that happen.
Our leadership team has been trying to reach you by phone to ensure your complete satisfaction. We’ve had little success getting in contact with you. We remain committed to giving you the quality experience all our customers deserve. We kindly ask you return our calls. If there is anything more we can do for you please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer experience team directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Kind Regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
