Great Option for Cashing Your Old Car
The process was very efficient and smooth. The agent was very transparent and affable. He helped me shoot for the price I was looking for and was very clear about the issues that lowered the price of the vehicle. He even found an option that would save a little money rather than go for the most expensive option.

Made it right
At first I was very dissatisfied with the offer from Webuyanycar bc it wasn’t anywhere close to what I was promised online. However, what did impress me is the manager called me back after he read my review and asked me how he could make it right. We talked it through, and he sent me an additional check in the mail. He was very kind and easy to work with and completely understood why I wasn’t happy, and he went out of his way to make it right. I thought that was great!

Great experience at Brookpark branch
Had another great experience at the Brookpark Branch. It is our third time going there. Josh was great as usual, very professional. Explains everything thoroughly and is very personable. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

Joshua was fast, friendly and courteous. As this was our first time selling a car like this, he explained the entire process to us clearly and walked us through it step by step as he had explained. Joshua even got us in for our turn in appointment a little earlier than scheduled, which enabled me to go there straight from work and saved me time.
