One of many new 3ds XL consoles I have…
One of many new 3ds XL consoles I have purchased,the 1st of which I travelled to Livingston which is 40 miles FROM home to see a SNES 3ds console,I decided to buy it after looking at the unit and taking notes of the serial number,the cex employee "Stuart"promised me faithfully that I would get the very one I had handled and taken the serial number from,he told me it had to stay in the shop for another day for legal reasons,ok as I had paid for it and he gave me his word I'd get that very unit I paid in front of him,he would get it delivered in a day or so
The broken unit the cex of Livingston sent me was cracked (serial number didn't match the one I'd paid for),so I'd returned it to Kirkcaldy,they said they would replace it,and they wouldn't even buy that in such was the damage,so a replacement was given, appalling service.
Then I purchased another (mint)in the box 3ds 400 hundred pounds,it's cracked, I'd taken this 3ds to Kirkcaldy again,they said it a discount unit at best,cracks scratches rounded screws,this is the worst service I've ever had in my 57 years,I'm so fed up of being ripped off ,I'm a very long term customer of this company it's appalling to be treated like this.

Buying is easy and shipment is fast, but I bought a Huawei P30 Pro dual SIM phone but I received 1 SIM and a micro SD card, so it's not actually dual SIM. But it's okay, I am happy with it.

Selling locked Eero routers that are as useful as a paperweight. I've always assumed items sold by CEX are checked prior to sale. Clearly not the case here. I purchased x3 Eero Pro6e routers, only to find they were still the property of Cuckoo Broadband and should not be up for resale.
This was confirmed via serial numbers by Eero and Cuckoo, who were both super helpful.
Returned for a refund - but clearly still on sale in CEX. Beware!
