Out of pocket and no item to show for it!!!
I ordered a coat for a Christmas present. On 12th December I received an email to say my coat had been delivered with a photo of the parcel on my doorstep. I contacted Webtogs immediately to state I have not received the parcel. After contacting Webtogs several times (including a further email to their 'team leader' Alex Morgan) they state the parcel has been delivered by Royal Mail and will not offer a refund or a replacement. No help whatsoever. I did not designate a safe place for my parcel to be left and therefore, by law, Webtogs are responsible for my parcel but they are having nothing to do with it. This was an expensive coat. The customer service is absolutely dire. I will be taking this further. Why should I be out of pocket for an item I haven't received. Avoid this company at all costs.

What made my WebTogs' experience great was everything about: searching the website for exactly the right, high quality, product (Wolfskin walking shoes) at a very fair price; receiving support and advice by email from customer services; and, quickly receiving my footwear order, efficiently and sustainably delivered by a friendly DPD driver in an electric van, and perfectly packaged.
