KaTom was $12 cheaper for this order. I didn't see it in time or I would have ordered from them...($10 less in shipping per item adds up fast) My issue is, as a small micro bakery the $100 fee for free shipping, does not make sense. Even for a brick motor business $100 is expensive today. You need a program for small/cottage/micro bakeries. $10-$25 a month makes more sense for our business models. For each brick and mortar store you could have 50 -100 smaller businesses as customers, helping you increase your bottom line...

This order went through like clock work and I was quite pleased (#122874273). Yesterday I did another order (#122861529) which was upsetting. I created a cart on the 8th and received he quote of $14.72 shipping. Got PO approved but on the 9th, the cart had changed to $14.73 shipping. I had to revise my PO and finally made the order on the 10th. I tried to chat but got error message. Just don't understand how that changed by 1 cent in 24 hours.

Ok, so if you're going to deal with this company, you should know this. My first order, I ordered a case of sauce and a case of peanuts along with other things. Everything shipped separately. First, in transit the sauce was damaged and had to be returned to sender. Secondly, the 25lb case of peanuts tracking just stopped being updated after it got to the first hub. I waited a few days then had to reorder. Fast forward a few weeks, I make another order, this time of spices, the order was split in 2, with the heavier 5lb spice jars shipped a day later from a different area. They make it to my final FedEx delivery location, and then get damaged and returned to sender.
Webstaurant will make it right, though, and reship your items for free.
As for the companies shipping your items, I think they majority are brain dead. Grant it, my 1st order of spices was overly packed, with beautiful padding inside and all around. But, like the sauce came in box that was just simply not designed to hold 30lbs of sauce dude. It was crushed and had 1 single row of tape sealing the box. 1 row. Insane. So if you need to depend on your product getting to you in a guaranteed amount of time, FORGET ABOUT IT! It's a total gamble with these guys. But, if you don't mind having to wait an extra couple days for a package to reship, these guys are the best around. They have great prices and they even pay you a couple bucks per video review and per text review for the products. Outstanding. Overall, though, 3 stars for lack of dependability.

I was having a hard time finding a certain beverage locally. After a Google search, I stumbled across the beverage on the WebstaurantStore site for a reasonable price. I’d never ordered with this company before, but saw that reviews were good, so I took a chance. Placed my order for three cases of the beverage on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Received a notification via email on Wednesday morning, March 4, 2026 that the order had shipped, along with tracking info. All three boxes were delivered on Thursday, March 5, 2026 via FedEx. Checked all three boxes…they were packed flawlessly. No broken bottles (the bottles are glass) and none are expired (won’t expire until 2027). I’m 1000% pleased and will place another order soon.
