I hired Website Maisters to design my website with one key requirement: I wanted the final product to be something I could easily update myself—simple changes like editing text or swapping out images. This company is horrific and the fact that trust pilot ranks them so high shows how trust pilot is purchased reviews. A year later, no website and £1.5k down. Scammers and not in the UK

I have worked with Adam and Ray on their development of my website. They are also working on the sites SBO's. Both have been very diligent to all my requests and have been very professional throughout.

My experience is frustrating, terrible and a nightmare, Call the company and the call drops when you select option for Sales or Support, this has been like this for last 2-3 weeks. Call again the same thing happen. Sent email to Austin Marques and Jerry Lewis, most of time they don't response to serious issues. I put 2 weeks of my time to get this common sense errors to be fixed on the website by Jerry Lewis and the website was 96% finalized with, correct drop down pricing of services, working Paypal Add Cart and Check Out on February 21. My two weeks of trying to get the following errors or technical issues resolved were for example, misaligned letters in the Main page Header, grammar
errors in About section, Services Pricing listing, the four options to be selected by customers Member, Non Member, One Time Use, Monthly fee and Yearly Fees that was fixed by Jerry Lewis on 2/20/23. 3 minor items needed to fix to make the website 100% finalized on Friday February 28 and for me to get website login credentials,that never happened. The final 3 errors are not getting email notification for Booking appointment to business email instead it goes to personal email> *Instead a malicious act was done by Austin Marques on February 28 at about 12pm to revert all errors fixed by Jerry Lewis back to 2 week ago errors. This has been a stressful, awful experience that I never had company do to me. Jerry Lewis or Austin Marques or management hasn’t taken the ownership of calling me back yet to fix this terrible non working website or do the right thing. The website has foreign language for the testimonial and at the bottom of main page, which shouldn't happen, if you proof read the website, Instead Austin, Jerry Lewis and management have fail to call me back to fix this critical problem. Now I have this terrible website without drop menu of prices for Services, Add to Cart or Check out payment method via Paypal, this is causing me to lose revenue, which is unacceptable and frustrating .*Because of a childish, malicious act that’s was done by Austin Marques or by someone in the company which is unprofessional and irresponsible.
I Need A Manager or Owner To Call Me Today ASAP At 813.474.6056 And Get My Website Fix ASAP, To Way it was on February 28 at 11:45am, it’s was 96% percent finalized ready to get my website login credentials with Service pricing drop menus, Pay Add Shopping and checkout. I'm losing revenue, each day the website doesn't get fix. I Need Help!

very good looking websites as well as very functional.

Awesome Job! They explained the process entirely. Keep me inform of the concerns and gave me honest feedback. The company setup zoom calls to explain benefits and features. What they explain was charge honestly on my credit card without and additional charge. Received an report on my SEO. Very detail and informational during the process. Everyone I spoke with was kind, friendly, up beat, willing to go above and beyond to get it done. The timeline for the completion was done on time as they projected. I enjoyed working with all the experts in the company and they were more concerned about driving results. Awesome company and able to get it done.
