Their so called advises - benefits only themselves
Never have I received worse and more (for me) expensive advise from anyone, than from this amateur company. They recommended me and my entire company to change pension broker from PFA to the poorest and most inflexible company of all broker, Velliv. I was not aware of that my money would be completely stuck in the pool I placed them - and when the Corona virus hit - I could no (like I did with my wife's pension in PFA) longer immediately move my money to a neutral repository. When I was trying do so I was told that it would take three weeks to make this transaktion. 3 bloody weeks in this volatile market. Are you kidding me. The so called advise of moving my pension has so far costed me 25-30% of my pension. I actually don't really know yet - as I cannot log on to the Velliv homepage (it often does not respond despite I try with different browsers). Also if I will get lucky and their site will work I will not be able to see my current status - as it is not kept up to date. Poorest and most expensive "advise" in all of my life. Shame on you Willis Towers Watson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
