Geweldige webshop!

Wat een fijne ervaring bij de Zadelpascentrum-webshop! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het alsof ik eindelijk een plek had gevonden waar écht wordt meegedacht. De productinformatie is superduidelijk, de kwaliteit van de spullen is top en je merkt aan alles dat ze verstand hebben van paarden en goed zadelpassen.

De klantenservice verdient ook een dikke pluim: snel, vriendelijk en altijd klaar om mee te kijken naar wat het beste is voor jou én je paard. Geen standaard verkooppraatje, maar eerlijk advies waar je echt wat aan hebt.

De levering was razendsnel en alles kwam piekfijn verpakt aan. Mijn paard loopt merkbaar fijner sinds ik hier besteld heb — dat zegt misschien nog wel het meest.

Kortom: geweldige webshop, topservice en fantastische kwaliteit. Hier bestel ik zéker vaker! 🐴✨

Retourneren vanuit Nederland een duur grapje

Pas op om vanuit Nederland te kopen bij Zadelpascentrum. Ik kocht een leder wax die enorm blijkt te stinken. Ik heb de pot geretourneerd. De pot kostte €10,-. Porto voor levering €5,- en voor retourneren 12,- moest ik zelf betalen. Uiteindelijk ben ik €17,- armer en heb nog geen product. Daarom raad ik aankopen onder €30,- sterk af bij Zadelpascentrum.
