There was a time when this company was excellent however, they seem to have forgotten however to deal with customer service. For the past three months I have been trying to get in contact with someone about a server issue and to this day, I still haven't heard from them.
Been with Webnet77 going on 3 years now. All I can say is I have been fully satisfied in the hosting services and with the owner. I also had a site fail with upgrades to Webnet77 but the purpose with upgrades is to improve the service as a whole. I presented my problem to the owner, who explained to me what the upgrades did and with a simple researching of the net, found the fix for my site and implemented that fix. The site is running and with the assistance from the owner of Webnet77, been running smoothly.
I have 2 sites hosted by Webnett77 and in the process as of today, for a third site. I have no reason nor any desire to look elsewhere with the service and satisfaction over these past years. No need, I'm secure with Webnett77.

Never had a problem with webnet77. I know that with upgrades and things of that nature... it sometime clashes with ancient systems. The owner will go the extra mile to help someone unless they're being a jerk and run their mouth with foul language and the like. So no clue why they wouldn't be given a very high rating unless you have a mouth problem.
Warning: Do not use WEBNET77!!! I did and they transferred to a new server which caused 4 web sites to break. I was very upset because one of these sites was up for auction at the time and the other 3 were generating income. I left no words out as I expressed my dissatisfaction and I also stated that I would be transferring to a new server.
What did webnet77 do?
DELETED ALL MY WEBSITES AND BLOCKED ACCESS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LIKE MY WORDS AFTER BREAKING MY WEB SITES!!!!
Also because they are based in South Africa there is not much I can do other than warn others.
