SCAM ALERT! Think twice before you hire this agency!!!

I hired Alex and his team for Shopware 6 Plugin development project and there our problems started.
Clear documentation with all guides, tips and tricks were provided to them.
Alex developed something on his own and has not listened to what my developer had to suggest to him in order to simplify the work for him and of course that DIDN'T worked.
After I paid him UPFRONT ( that was my BIGGEST mistake) for everything he started to behave very rude, unprofessional and we reached the point where he started insulting me and my developer.

I wanted to end the project and asked for the refund but he didn't want to refund anything and started with his weird behavior.
Now he is not willing to do his work and fix that plugin and I had to leave this review in order to save someone else money.
This is literally the MOST ARROGANT and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have worked within the last 10 years.

Think twice before hiring them!

Unfortunately we cannot acceppt this testimonial. Miljan has given us a task and got then an estimation from us. Then he aded a person to the project who has given us an absolutely different task as discussed with Miljan. By the way, Miljan has fired the person and Miljan wasn't able to explain what he needs. We develivered a plugin according to his task.

Also Miljan doen't provide dus with a direct access to his system from the beginning and we worked via GIT locally. It means, all the server settings were not known.

Miljan proved to be not a dishonest customer. I do not recommend working with him.

Have been using this company for over 10 years

Have been using this company for several years now with our previous OSC website, so they were the obvious choice when we decided to upgrade the old site to a new proffesional site and a completely new site for us. They tackled both sites very well after some initial teething issues with our design specifications. We now have two very uptodate sites that I am very impressed with and would not hesitate to recomend them to anybody whether it's a new site. update or just some additional work to an existing site
