Reiss clothing ordered, shipped from Chicago on the tracker, reached Paris, then got to the UK and a sorting centre 5 miles from my home, and that is where the tracker stopped six months ago! Never arrived, and nobody responded to emails. Similar experience to others. Steer well clear. It's a SCAM.
Wish I saw these reviews. I purchased shoes end of September that shipped from France and according to the shipment tracker arrived in my city over two months ago, never to be delivered. I've been contacting Webinexpress with no response. Now I know why. Total scam. I will be contacting my credit card company as the website that I used my card to purchase the shoes from is unsurprisingly also now disabled.
How can this place have 2.5 stars, there’s 5 now 6 reviews if you include this and we are all saying 1 star. This is a fake website. I bought £50 worth of Riess clothes in the sales for very low prices only to never get the goods. There’s no paygrive road in London where they say their address is and furthermore they done give you a post code. They don’t reply to email and my goods are also stranded in customs. What delivery company uses the word stranded? Total scam. Glad I was only stung for £50. Saw the offer on Facebook originally
Scam. Ordered running shoes that tracked all the way from Chicago to Dublin (via Paris), but never arrived!! and no reply to numerous emails sent. BEWARE!
The same happened to me as the previous review. Chicago to Spain and stopped after customs. Must be a scam.
I also experienced a similar case. Buying goods from the USA has custom status, but checked at Custom, this is fake. Be careful not to be fooled.

fairly certain this is a scam website. I bought a pair of shoes that has never arrived, and the tracking info was on this website all the way from Chicago to Ireland, where it is suddenly "stranded at customs" and no one is answering me. No way to contact anyone. The website I bought the shoes from is likely a scam too (drschollsireland.com) so there's no way this website is not complicit in it.
