You get what you pay for
On the whole, it's been a reasonable experience. If you know how to use CPanel extensively, you'll probably like this host. If not, you're probably better served by a more expensive, full service host.
PROs:
Servers on several continents with decent load times
Cheap price
Uptime is respectable
CPanel environment
CONs:
Service seems to have regular issues with CPanel (settings, DKIM/SPF alignment, etc.)
Support services seem to be outsourced and not on site. Rarely, if ever, offer to actually fix something for the client. Merely use their own knowledge base in a copy and paste style.

However, I felt that there is a need to address the issues you raised.
1. Service seems to have regular issues with CPanel (settings, DKIM/SPF alignment, etc.)
There are no single issues with any of our cPanel server settings.
Each server is configured to work as sound as it can.
DKIM/SPF alignment or email related issues is something that the customer ought to be replicate where he or she host his DNS.
For domains under our control (that are domains that are bought through us), our support team can add these records for the customer.
2. Support services seem to be outsourced and not on site.
We don't outsource technical support.
Not now or ever.
Everything we do is done in house and every customer agent you interact with works with us.
3. Rarely, if ever, offer to actually fix something for the client.
We offer different tiers of support. For customers without the skills required to manage a server, there is an option for a managed service.
When our lowest priced hosting account ($1.33 per month) is deployed and the option for managed service ignored during checkout, we assume that the customer knows what he or she will do with it.
In all though, it is our desire that customers like you get the best out of the platform.
So we will keep working as humanly possible to improve our overall experience.
