EVIL PSYCHOPATHS

EVIL PSYCHOPATHS. GASLIGHTING 101. Web Hosting Hub jerked me around for years, and particularly this year when I am seriously ill. I finally snapped and they canceled my account, no refund, blocked me from contacting them, and STOLE MY DOMAIN. I had to get Icann and Tucow on them to get an EPP code to transfer my domain. Gaslighting is when you continuously mistreat someone until they snap and then point your dirty finger at the abused person and claim they're the abuser! TRULY EVIL PEOPLE.

Great Customer Service and Tech Support!

I have been with Web Hosting Hub for many years for hosting my Virginia website. Naturally there are going to issues that a novice in web design have no idea what to do. Every single time the service and tech advisers have gotten me out of a jam without hesitation. My site is e-commerce and I require sales in advertising and promotion. When pricing changes, I have to change the website. I use third party software to build my pages which are located out of the country and Web Hosting Hub figures out away to make the pages work perfectly.
Web Hosting Hub is well worth the reasonable investment.

The support contact knew exactly what was needed for the request and walked me through the needed steps. The 5 start service was earned when they explained the next steps in detail and what was going to happen over the next week.

Unfortunately there or no negative stars, so giving them 1 single star. worst, unprofessional, they can simply change plan details and you wont know because the name doesn't changes but you are stripped of your facilities and privileges. Ask them in writing what ever plan you are purchasing from them

Severs Are Easily Blacklisted, Constant Email Issues

I’ve been having increasing email problems for years. At first, maybe around 2018, my emails would end up in other people’s spam folders with slightly increased frequency. I resolved it by telling people to whitelist me.

Then a couple years ago, I started having emails bounce or not receive on my end here and there. Business correspondence would arrive 2 days after sending (after deadline) or go into a black hole.

Now I’m having emails disappear on the regular. I’m getting errors about how my server is not trusted. These people do NOTHING to make sure their servers are trusted/whitelisted. Now I’m stuck on an annual contract while I use my friggin Yahoo account to conduct my business. Talk about lighting money on fire.

If I contact customer support, they tell me the only possible solution is to buy an obscenely expensive account with my own private server because they can’t possibly maintain the public ones like every free service ever.

This “company” should be investigated by the FBI. DO NOT USE THEM!

WebhostinHub has Gone Donwhill and is No Longer a Reliable Business Host

I agree with the reviews here - WebhostingHub was a great service back in the mid-2010's, but in the last few years, they've *really* gone downhill. Their severs are slow and get blacklisted for spam a lot, so lots of e-mail issues. It used to be easy to get support, but now it's become nearly impossible - there's always a queue, and the automated system says to "press 2" for a callback "without losing your place in line" - but I ask for callbacks when I'm next in line, and when no one calls back after 2-3 hours, I call back - and then it says I'm #5 in line! It's all become quite disruptive to our business.
I'm really disappointed. After many years as a happy customer, I will be looking to migrate to another service provider.

Stay Away from this Web Host... Far Away!!!

They use to be an amazing web host with fast servers and amazing tech support back in 2014-2016, however nowdays, they're the absolute worst! Slowest servers, and horrible customer support. Been using WebHostingHub since 2014 to host a few of my websites, but desperatly want to move them to another, faster and more reliable web host.

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. 10 - 15 years medium in the pack. Now by far the last. If you want to avoid a lot of frustration and anger take another and better company. Not difficult as ALL other hosting Co are much better.

This was a fantastic host back in 2015…

This was a fantastic host back in 2015 with fast servers at a very affordable price. However, this host has taken a dive for the worst. The severs are over loaded and I can't even get a simple WordPress backup for a 156mb website. Stay far, far away. Your better off going with Bluehost. If you want a good web host, look at Liquid Web.

ZERO STARS is what a hosting service…

ZERO STARS is what a hosting service deserves when they eliminate a CRITICAL feature without ANY customer notice before or after!
November 2022 Webhostinghub eliminated SendMail a/k/a #!/usr/bin/perl which is WIDELY used to process website forms. Been using it for 20+ years on order pages on my biz websites.

Webhostinghub action caused me UNKNOWN $$$$ in website orders I NEVER received for over 2 months until I discovered what they did and they admitted it.

Cannot recommend Web Hosting Hub to…

Cannot recommend Web Hosting Hub to anyone since they treat the longtime customers like rubbish. I have been using Web Hosting Hub for more than a decade (possibly closer to 15 years). They have always had nice customer service and generally speaking my websites have been running just fine. However, in recent years my websites have become slower and slower and now they are so sluggish that I have given up.

I have spoken to their IT department who basically says I should move to their sister company to have better servers or pay even more for a faster package. And here's the kicker - I was already paying their second most expensive hosting package (Nitro) which should be blazing fast already!

I run three WordPress websites which all combined might get like between 5-20 visitors a month. So my websites aren't causing that much "wear and tear" to any server this company owns. So that being said my websites somehow don't load fast at all - some can take 20-40 seconds to load and apparently there is nothing that can be done!

I spoke to multiple IT experts and they tried to do some "fixes" but nothing really happened or got fixed. My websites still remained slow even if they for a momentarily felt slightly faster.

I already had Hostinger for additional webhosting and after moving my sites there suddenly all of my websites loaded instantly without any delays. So when Web Hosting Hub advertises their fast SSD 20x speeds etc that just isn't the case. I'm paying less now for shared hosting at Hostinger and the speeds are beyond what I even expected. So all I can say Web Hosting Hub has been treating me very poorly and just thinking I'm stupid to continue paying for crappy service.

While the first 8 years or so were absolutely great at Web Hosting Hub, now I feel like I'm being overcharged and being put in the worst servers they have. They simply don't care about me as a customer and unfortunately, it's just unacceptable that they think it's okay for my simple personal WordPress website to take more than 20 seconds to load when you have a 200Mt/s fibre broadband at home.

I would have stayed with Web Hosting Hub if the speeds were great (or even somewhat closer what they used to be at least) but now they lost me as a customer.

I would personally recommend anyone to stay away from this hosting provider and choose anything else whether that's BlueHost or Hostinger - You will get there much better value for your money since here they don't care about their customers. Definitely not for those who have been paying for them for a very long time.

The last time I spoke to their IT-team member, they said they would email me some tips on how to make the website faster. I also asked them to send me information on how can I move my websites to another provider and guess what - they never sent me those emails. I checked the junk mail and nothing - So yeah, it's pretty obvious they don't care about someone like me who might have already spent thousands on their services. But hey - I'm perfectly happy now with Hostinger so thanks for those years that at least you were good.

Do not go there

Do not go there. It is a nightmare to cancel your subscription. Very bad experience. You have to cancel by e-mail and you do not receive any news except every year the renewal bill !!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I purchased unlimited web hosting for over 8 years and when I finally setup a site to host family pictures they demanded the site was not for backups and everything would be deleted because I was using a couple gig of my 'unlimited' space. If a host can't be used to serve web pages then what good is it???

The IT systems department has no clue how to retain profitable customers or run a business. Their customer service seems to be just bunch of randomly generated aliases and you can never get anyone on the phone or to call you back. Don't build your company on this site, they will just rip you off as soon as you need it.
