Don't be fooled by the slick website

Don't be fooled by the slick website - avoid this company, unless you're happy to start signing up and be told that 'we don't accept signups from that email address' (Protonmail, highly reputable and renowned for its security); and upon trying again with a different email, to be accused of a no-explanation 'potential fraud' before they've even set up your account!

And unless you like having your order cancelled without explanation!

And unless you enjoy repeatedly contacting what they laughingly call their 'Awesome customer service' to demand explanations for all this, only to be completely ignored (you don't even get an automated message)!
