Have been with them for a couple of years and they have been brilliant. I have little knowledge of website design and every time I have contacted them, which I have done often, with daft questions, I have been helped and have come away knowing more and having had a good experience.

This is my 2nd or 3rd positive review its been more than 10 years working with webhost uk, that speaks for itself. They're great, friendly and helpful customer services.

Having dealt with numerous hosting companies over the last 20 years Web Host UK provides an unrivaled service and an outstanding level of support. I had a recent issue in which the support department went above and beyond to ensure the issue was identified and fixed. They provided fast and effective communication and I felt assured at all stages the issue would be resolved.

Great value hosting and the tech support via chat is always helpful. Hard to believe the prices are so low when the support is so good. Preston gave instant help today with a couple of issues.

I have been with UK Web Hosting since 2011-ish. They are very good value. The technical support is absolutely fantastic. I'm a novice website builder and they are always online to walk you through issues and have solved every single one of the problems I've had with my site promptly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend their service.

I've used this web hosting company for too many years to remember. The interface is a little dated by modern standards e.g. compared to fasthosts - but the team and the support they offer is absolutely fantastic - they are always available on the support chat, nothing is too much hassle and they have always managed to fix any problems (mostly that I cause) very quickly.

They are prompt, courteous and efficient and a very good price. I'd definitely recommend to others.

Excellent company. You realise what a company is made of when you contact support for assistance, and WebHostUK didn't disappoint. In fact, they have been impressive.

I shopped around for a reasonably priced hosting provider and came across WebHostUK. I had a couple of teething (and patience) problems after uploading a website to WebHostUK. I contacted support for some advice and their response times were incredible, and their knowledge and resolution times are among the best.

I cannot recommend this company enough.

Excellent customer service. I needed advice about updating PHP and had a response within minutes. After the PHP update there was an issue with the website (not caused by the update) and it was resolved very quickly also

I received very prompt and easy to follow assistance this morning. Your staff member quickly resolved my problem by temporary increasing my storage space so I was able to access the emails and delete a large number so that I brought them down to a level below my limit. I am also proud of myself in finding put to do this. I was also able to activate security updates that I had been notified of but which did not work as I was over my limit.

So good service. The technician spends 2 hours helping me with the email problem. All sorted in the end. Really good service!!! Highly recommended!!!
