I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with WebHeadway. From the start, their communication was poor, and they never responded properly to my messages or calls. I understood that getting results from ads with a limited budget might be challenging, but at the very least, I expected regular updates and transparency—neither of which I got.

I paid for website redesigning, and they told me they were working on a landing page for my ebook sales first, then they would proceed with the full website. They completed the landing page but stopped there. Despite repeatedly requesting corrections, I never received proper responses. Yes, there was a 15-day delay from my side due to an emergency hospitalization, and I accept that, but that doesn’t excuse them from completing the website redesign that I fully paid for.

They also promised to post regularly on Instagram but only managed to post four posts in total. On top of that, they never provided invoices for the monthly payments I made. In the end, I spent £1,000 for just four Instagram posts, plus extra money for a website redesign that was never completed.

I wouldn’t recommend WebHeadway to anyone.

I waited too long for them to reply to my texts or calls before posting, but they didn’t. I am not mentioning any names to respect their privacy.

Even if they are a startup, not delivering promised services and completely ghosting clients is unacceptable
