Horrific experience. Spent tens of thousands of dollars, was pressured to buy dedicated web server, and they never even got the website working after nearly 2 years!!! Truly a nightmare. STAY AWAY.

Don’t use them scam

I will call the State Department of the United States to report this. Fraud scam company and I will create a case against them based on all the customer reports here and what they did to me. They are finished taking my money. I call them, but they are never picked up. And they keep changing their phone numbers

Do not use this fraudulent company, They do not deliver and charged thousands on credit cards without permission! (Fraud) They also use other company names in NY, Dubi , and California to run their scams! We are going after them in different states to collect! Also, no business license or real apps, when you deep dive.

This company is a ripoff site that wants to charge you maximum and deliver minimum. They tried to charge me $780 for a data extension and all they were going to do was delete my cache so I had some extra overhead. I paid for 10gb and they were only allowing me less than 3gb, They will scam you for services you do not need. All the 5 star reviews were bought and paid for by giving a reduced price if the customer leaves a 5 star review. That's what I did and regret it. Do not trust these guys! You've been warned. I have already filed a BBB complaint.

I have put single star as there isn’t one lesser than this. There was a Mark from this company whom I spoke to and signed the deal. After paying the money (they take it upfront), started the worst 6 months where I had fo provide everything - including ideas on how to make the design. Even written up content would be spelt wrong - it would take atleast 3 calls to get one spelling corrected. Finally when they launched (they gave me a year of free hosting) - it was super super slow with no https. They said our contract did not include it. Later I had a few others redesign the entire website and moved it out. I could NEVER talk to the Mark person again. He had a phone number that went to others and was unreachable by email also. So pls stay away from them.

I have been working with Jay, and he is very good for delivering that personal touch! There have been several items I wanted to include on my site. He has delivered exactly what I had in mind.

Company refuses to provide updates, delivers no "service" for a service related company. Emailed and called weekly for updates with the same response "Call you back". Never received any response. Do not use this company unless you want to just give your money away with no return.

Webexpertllc.com took a complicated design and continued to work on it and tweek it until I was satisfied. Continued to answer my questions and concerns until it got done correctly.

The staffs are awesome. They are very detail-oriented by initiatively providing feedback and following up with me to ensure the information is correct to get their job done right. I will work with them again in my future websites since they are sharply skilled developers and easy to work with!

Webexpert did a terrific job with our design requests. They were easy to work with and understood our brand message. Daniel Hopkins in particular gave us great customer service.
I would highly recommend using their service.

I am currently working with Jay Anderson and Tim Koch on the design of our new business logo. They have been totally awesome! The team will continue to work the design until you are 100% satisfied - no complaints whatsoever. After working up the first five or so design options you give your feedback on what you like and what you don't like, as well as suggestions of what you would like to see on the revisions. They have totally understood my feedback and are currently working on the third revision. I would recommend this company, hands-down!

I have built multiple websites and it is to say the least it is "tedious". I am somewhat a demanding person and working with Sean at Webexpertllc is great. From the beginning to the final stages I get immediate response and feedback. You cannot not ask for more.
He is very dedicated to his customers. If only there were more Sean's to go around. I am humbled by Sean. Webexpertllc truly has a professional to make any company envious!

James Melloi was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable about web managing and took care of all the problems my website was having.
